Marrakech is suited to various types of holidays, whether it’s a party holiday with friends to a baecation to celebrate a special occasion - there is something to do for everyone. There are so many restaurants and hotels for every single budget which is great. The city is built around tourism so hotel staff etc are more likely to speak English and Arabic than French. Card payments are accepted everywhere. It’s best to get your hotel to order you a taxi as local taxi often overcharge tourists. I would highly recommend doing a quad bike tour and hot air balloon activity. One issue is there is too much begging. Everyone asks for tips whether or not they deserve one.

Marrakech medina is overwhelming at first, like a medieval stage set, with sights, smells and noises assaulting the senses and busy narrow streets packed with street sellers, entertainers and travellers. There’s so much going on that you don’t know where to look but it is thrilling and you need to be alert for the numerous bikes and motor bikes that attempt to thread their way through the crowds, and after a few days you become better orientated and able to pick and choose the places you like from coffee shops to bars, restaurants and historical sites (the Badi Palace and Medrasa Ben Yousef being the best)
The room with fireplace was beautiful, the whole riad and location are perfect, you should ask them for dinner because they made us the best food during our trip in Morocco, we regret that we didn't order it every day (but we ordered it twice and every time it was AMAZING, I think 5 stars hotel can't make so delicious food) - if you want to try authentic and delicious Moroccan food don't look in the restaurants in Medina, ask them about the dinner, and they can even prepare you what you want. The staff is amazing !
without doubt the most breathtakingly beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed. all of the facilities are 5 star. we booked the most basic room and even that was just pure luxury so I imagine the other rooms are even more amazing. the pool area is incredible, the pictures don’t do it justice. the staff were all so attentive and nothing was a problem. we loved it so much, just wish we could have stayed for longer! the area where the hotel in is so peaceful and quiet, with just the sound of bird song and cicadas. bliss.

I stayed in a 5 star hotel the first night and here for the next 2 and I wish I just stayed here the whole time. It was perfect.
