Easy communication. Abdul is a friendly and knowledgeable host. We didnt stay at the riad we booked, but was offered a choice at another guesthouse which is just a short distance away. It gave my family of five, a lot of privacy as we practically had the whole three storey house, with terrace, to ourselves. Both the riad and the restaurant are family-run, and every member of the family is always friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the wide spread of delicious appetisers during dinner.

Great location just at the border of the Medina, quiet, clean, very cozy and with such an amazing and kind host! Mohammed was just fantastic, providing many nice local recommendations and making sure we enjoy our stay to the max. We especially enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop terrace! Overall, a fabulous stay, can only recommend and would definitely stay again!

The location is great if you want to stay right at the heart of the medina. The staff was very welcoming and friendly! The breakfast was huge with a selection of Moroccan bread and excellent tea.

I was staying just one day there. It's so close to train station so is great if you arrive late. I didn't try breakfast. Wifi is very strong. Around a train station is a lot of homeless so I don't recommend stay in this place few days. But this hostel is really great and cheap compare others hotel around train station.

Booking. Com is very hard to write a review in the system, it deleted all my long descriptions. The accommodation was wonderful and welcoming. The 15th century palace in the middle of the 9000 Fez alleyways was stunning and beautiful. The staff was exceptional and helpful and quickly became friends. Moroccan people are polite and respectful and helpful.

This requires believers to give up food and drink from sunrise to sunset.
That is why we, as tourists, must behave respectfully towards the natives/locals...
The hustle and bustle in the Medina is normal,
Friday threre is a day like Sunday for us in EU.
For Medina I recommend the first visit with a guide so as not to get lost between 900 - 10,000 streets
As far as I know, there have been some issues at the airport with mobile boarding tickets in the past (they were calculated for paper printing), so it may be better to fix this sooner.
As far as I could see on April 12, the couple in front of me came with mobile cards (on the phone) and they kindly gave them boarding passes for free
