The staff were all great. The reception, the hospitality, the restaurant, the security. All very nice and professional. Fatima from Guest Relations was particularly great. Always helpful and attentive. I planned to give her a good tip but unfortunately our paths did not cross again. Generally the hotel and its location was fantastic.
