This kasbah-hotel is very beautiful, both inside and outside. Carved wooden furniture, vases with flowers, carpets, veranda with a fountain - you find yourself in a moroccan castle. Staff is very nice and ready to help with anything. Dinner was delicious - don's miss it, as well as breakfast. This was really a perfect stay!

Host and his family are definitely the most wonderful people that I ever met. They are approaching guests with the heart on the hand. The stay was unforgettable. In the evening the hosts did make a “party” for us with darbouka, dances and singing. It was pure fire. The location to the Monkey Fingers gate is an asset - two steps and you are on the trial. We had a guide (a family member) who took care of the whole group and showed us amazing places in the mountains.

Ali and his Team were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay at the Riad Sahara Stars and hava a refreshing afternoon at the pool and a orgabized tour to the gorges in the morning.
The dinner in the wonderful garden-area was delicious and very cute with a lot of candles and lanterns around. The room was renovated with passion and very confortable. Everything was just great!

For its cost its a great place. Rather simple, but nice. Room is clean, hot water runs. The view from the balcony on the valley is very beautiful (on the attached photo). Dinner and breakfast are abundant. The host is very very welcoming

Hotel Riad Bahammou has a fitness centre, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Aït Idaïr. Featuring a restaurant, the property also has a bar, as well as an indoor pool.
The pool was disgusting and green. The place was in construction and looked really bad. The seats outside on the terasse were dirty, the staff didnt bother wiping the dirt off. Airconditioning in the room was broken, a bird layed its nest in it. For breakfast we got some fake orange juice that tasted like medicine. Apart from this the only person who worked there was helpful and nice. It’s within walking distance of the «monkey fingers». For 20-30€ more you get a way better hotel 6km up the road. Worth it if you want a clean pool and AC in your room. Would not recommend.
