We (one adult and two kids) were staying on the first floor of a two-story building in the middle of July 2024. It was the cheapest option in Saulkrasti - we payed 300 EUR for 4 nights (from Mon till Fri) in the middle of the high-season. The house itself is a bit on a primitive side, but it is totally OK for overnighting for three people. We did not cook food in the house (there is a tiny kitchen and a fridge) nor did not use a grill in the yard. We spent almost all days on the beach or in Riga, so that was fine for us. There are free parking places just next to the house. The location of the house is just perfect - literally 3 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to bakery for breakfast.

The apartment was very spacious and clean and had all we needed for our stay. There were 4 Adults in our party. The area, Saulkrasti is close to the sea and has many facilities and is only an hour's train trip from Riga. We arrived late at night and were able to access the property using a key box.
It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and exceeded our expectations! We really enjoyed stay, in the morning birds were singing, very quiet and good location.
We were happy to stay here and now it will be our first choice for staying in Saulkrasti.

The best thing is location-very close to the sea. The hotel itself is also great: clean and nicely decorated interior. The rooms have everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The staff is polite.
