We had the most enchanting stay at this charming house, which is truly a hidden gem nestled in nature. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of the riverfront location, offering a peaceful retreat that feels like a world away, yet is conveniently close to different restaurants and shops, just a short 10-minute walk away.
The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We were delighted to find a generous array of gifts waiting for us, including fresh fruits from their garden, an assortment of delicious breakfast items, and a lovely selection of teas and coffee. These thoughtful touches made us feel so welcome and appreciated.
One of the highlights of our stay was the opportunity to use their private little boat. Rowing on the river and watching the sunset was simply magical.

That was a very pleasant stay in a truly unique property. We loved historical features saved in a house, it was like being in a museum where you want to see every detail. Everything was fantastic, the mattress was a bit hard for spoiled me ) but my husband slept like a log )), he loved it.
Spacious room, beautiful interior, large windows facing an absolutely stunning park with the lake, tea and coffee set in the room. NO TV was a great plus for us, so we could melt into the nature. Shared bathroom wasn’t an inconvenience - it was very clean and spacious, with instant hot water.
We had 2 dogs with us and it was great to take them for a walk to meet local goats and horses.
SPECIAL THANKS to the owner - very friendly, helpful and speaks perfect English. We highly recommend to stay here if you like history, countryside and peaceful surrounding.
