The rooms were clean, but the service from the staff left much to be desired. We encountered issues such as:
Having to repeatedly ask for crockery & cutlery, which, when delivered, was dripping wet or not properly cleaned.
Breakfast was consistently cold, and we felt rushed to leave the dining hall by 9:30 am despite only arriving at 9:00 am.
