My husband and I came to this hotel for a one night staycation, and we absolutely loved the experience. It was in an amazing location, close to the subway/train station and surrounded by lots of cafes, convenience stores and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the view from the room was amazing. At one point we had a problem with the shower but they sent someone up within 5 minutes and it was fixed immediately, so that was very convenient for us.
The swimming pool had both a pool and a hot spa type pool. It was really lovely, but very busy at the time we chose! Despite that we still enjoyed it a lot. They have nice spacious private showers you can use before and after swimming too. (In some hotels in korea the swimming pool showers are not so private!)
The breakfast was really delicious, with a great range of western and korean options. I really loved the pancakes! It's a large hall with a lot of tables and chairs so despite being busy it was easy to get a table and sit down immediately.
The staff speak both Korean and English and are very professional and kind. They were always ready to explain things and answer any questions.
Loved my stay here and I would happily stay again in the future. Great hotel for couples, and also families!!

The airport to hotel trip by bus was very easy. Second time, returning to this hotel again, it was a breeze! The breakfasts are great too. I love the staff, so helpful and pleasant to deal with. SEMI was my favourite front desk person, she is so efficient and so friendly, so cool. Everything is good, 5-star rating!

Gwangmyeong is a great place to spend a few days checking out the caves, shopping and lunching at Ikea, spending at Lotte, or strolling through Costco among many more varied options. It's not as metropolitan as Seoul or Suwon, but still big enough to have many dining, shopping, and entertainment options. There's a large train station there as well, convenient for those traveling without a car.
