The owner was very helpful and was able to fulfil all our requirement, I like the 24hr hot tea/coffee machine, During our last day, the owner was able to quickly change a washing machine to allow us to quickly do a proper wash before a grand public event, This was the best inn I stayed in Uji and will come back again in future. We appreciate his permission to allow us to hold our luggage before we left Kyoto.

Everything worked really well and was super clean and well organized. The staff was friendly too. Staying overnight in Uji was such a great idea comparing to just a day trip.
