The stay was good and the price per night was what we liked most. The location found the hotel to be somewhat hidden and the taxi driver was also surprised to know that the hotel was there. The room was clean. I've been to several hotels around the world and the hotel lacked something different. Maybe something to enjoy in the room, a cookie or something similar as a courtesy. Normally in the hotels where I stayed, the minibar has things to eat and drink where what is consumed is charged separately in my minibar there was only a bottle of water. I don't mind paying the extra but I like the convenience of having something there. But the hotel is good and I would go back again when possible. Another thing that pleased and surprised me was that there was no charge at the time of booking with the credit card and the trust of paying by hand. Thank you for your trust. Near to Senri-chuo station. Where there's plenty of eateries. ( take subway Midosuji line from any main stations) then at Senri-chuo station. Take exit 18...up the escalator to road level...and u can see the hotel on your left at the end of the road...

The staff was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was modern with a fancy shower head and even a jacuzzi..Great value for money especially with a breakfast included, which was a positive surprise.

If you have to fly in or fly out from the Itami Airport, this is a solid choice. Be aware that you can not walk directly from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The hotel organizes a shuttle service that runs every 15 min, I believe from around 6 am to 10am and then from something like 2 pm to late evening. The access to the shuttle is via monorail station down to the parking lot. The staff of the hotel was nice. Breakfast had little variety but was okish.
The location is in a quiet and safe residential area very close to Toyonaka Station on the Hankyu Railway. The room I stayed in was quite spacious, and there were drinks and fruits available in the my room and living room, making it a very homely accommodation. The host couple was so kind she put my luggage on her bicycle and drove me to the station in the rain.
After several years of covid period, the buffet for the breakfast is open again. At the end of the metro line, there are many restaurants around. But the location is far from Osaka downtown and interesting if you have to work at the Osaka university.
Everything was super here! Huge and extraordinary rooms with beautiful decorations, jacuzzi with TV, friendly and smiling hotel staff, the overall atmosphere was relaxing and joyful. Nice breakfast. Could not wish for anything better! 10 out of 10!
