I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The onsen facilities were fantastic—clean and relaxing. Tomakomai is just an industrial city but we were surprised...
Tomakomai is just an industrial city but we were surprised to realize how well it is located .It was very comfortable to visit few very beautiful places as noboribetsu,lake shikotsu,mount tarumae and cape chikyu.
They have also few restaurants in town and there is no need to have your meals in the hotel like other places in Hokkaido.

If you take a bus, it's ¥630
If you take the train, it's $1500
Train takes about 30 mins.
Bus just take an additional 30 mins, which is why i took the bus.

Everything. The staff will go above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. I'm not sure why this place is not a 5 star hotel and does not have a 10/10 rating. The cabin we booked was very spacious and had every amenity we needed. We enjoyed our brief stay and would absolutely come back without hesitating
Convenient location. The baby face planet, located in the nearby menga donkey has excellent food.
Breakfast was surprisingly good. With my booking discount I got a single room for 6500 yen which gives a great value for the hotel. USB plugs for charging near the bed was a nice touch.
Similar to other hotels under Dormy Inn, the hotel provides ice sticks as a refreshment after soaking in the onsen. Do note to bring the small towel from the room as there is none provided in the onsen.

The hotel is close to the station, but need to say that the city itself is small, so everything is in a reasonable distance. The hotel had good price and I also added the breakfast combo for an extra few hundred yen, which was good. They have free candy in the lobby!
We had the Japanese style breakfast. They were delicious with good quality ingredients. The location is near to the airport but far away from restaurants. So, it is good to have a car to travel. The ground around the hotel is beautiful! Very tranquil and peaceful.

The seclusion of the resort with an adjacent golf course was fabulous. Beautiful weather!
Hotel Wing Tomakomai is located near the fishing port. That was the reason we chose this hotel for its proximity. Seafood served in the nearby fishery was value for money and fresh. The room is compact, with everything you need.
Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, free car park, near to the train station and convenience store. Definitely my first choice if I need to stay in Tomakomai again.
