I was gladly surprised when the staff did not insist to show them some ID when I said I lived in Japan. Many hotel don’t know / knows but don’t care that it’s actually illegal to ask a foreigner their ID ( passport and zairyu card) when said foreigner is saying that they are currently residing in Japan with a proper visa. Also, I could not book a non smoking room so I had to book a smoking room, but the staff gave me an air purifier. Thank you for this!

Love hot springs! If you got a car probably better to get around the area. Have outlets nearby great shops and food courts. walking distance, but we were there when raining and windy. Clean room, big comfy bed, helpful staff and free ice blocks for kids free washing machines just pay for dryers.
