The location is fantastic (if you are arriving by car). We had a view of the beach from our room and the beach is steps away. The property is super funky with California/Hawaii surfer vibes. The hosts are lovely and were always cleaning. There is a separate building on the grounds that has a small fridge, microwave and kettle and a table to eat at. The bathroom and shower room were very clean and the shower stalls were really big, each with a separate area to get changed. There was lots of parking.

Cozy guesthouse with a friendly manager. You sleep on the floor but the bedding and mattress is soft. During winter there's good heating and even an electrical heated blanket. The room is very spacious.
Traditional Japanese Futon, Tatami Mat room. Clean and tidy facilities, homely lounge area, and private dining room, a wonderful Japanese breakfast was served in the morning by the friendly, personable, and well travelled host. Caters to Pilgrim walk enthusiasts, Cyclists, and anyone else seeking a traditional experience.
