The staff was incredibly friendly, with lots of patience for my limited Japanese, with a nice atmosphere the entire time.

We selected Breeze bay based on the reviews: and it did not disappoint. Although the building is not as modern or fancy as some others closer to the water, it was comfortable and provided all we could want. The facilities at the hotel are varied, and target guest relaxation: we especially enjoyed the private pool. The food in the restaurant was extremely tasty and well presented.
The staff are the best feature of this hotel. From the greeting at the front door to the service in the restaurant, the staff are friendly and efficient. For overseas guests, this personal touch makes everything more comfortable. This might seem like a small thing, but the staff were putting up a Christmas tree as we arrived, and the simple pleasure they showed, made me feel very much at home. As a final comment We were very grateful to have a taxi deliver us to and from the JR train station.

Check out time was 10:00, but the master told me it was 11:00. I think it was because I had ridden my bicycle over 400 kilometers to arrive there, and he wanted to give me time to rest. I enjoyed the room he gave me and enjoyed watching videos until late.

Love hot springs! If you got a car probably better to get around the area. Have outlets nearby great shops and food courts. walking distance, but we were there when raining and windy.
