Internet is fast although no smart TV. Free flow unlimited Georgia coffee and ice in the lobby next to the reception was a plus point.
Staffs were also very helpful, they also kept my mobile-phone when I accidentally left it at the smoking room. Hotel was 2 minutes walk to Tanukikoji shopping street and Odori Park. Taxi to Sapporo station was around JPY 1500.
The building is newish and room (around 19m2) was equipped with a washing machine & dryer so it is convenient for my 2 weeks trip. The room was also equipped with small kitchenette with a stove, a sink, a microwave and an electric kettle. Limited housekeeping didn't include carpet vacuuming and making the bed but kitchen and bath amenities including towel was supplied and trash was taken out daily.
Breakfast at the hotel is good enough. Enough selection of Japanese and Western foods
