The staff were very kind and thoughtful. The room was very clean with a big comfortable bed, a massage chair and a huge bathtub. The free drink fountain with all types of drinks was nice as well.
The hospitality and services are excellent! During our visit, we were treated like members of a royal family. The most amazing experience that has ever happened to us. The food is so amazing and delicious and all staff are very friendly. Despite the fact that some staff are not fluent in English, they have an electronic translator that will facilitate communication. Our stay at your fantastic hotel was the most enjoyable. The staff were so beautiful and kind! The private onsen at sunset was a perfect way to end a day exploring Ikaho. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore everything there is to see in Ikaho and just around the corner from a bus stop to explore surrounding areas. We will be back to stay at Mimatsukan.
