The staff were very accommodating and polite despite the language barrier. The buffet dinner was superb and the onsen was good. The view from the room was amazing as it was a seaview. Highly recommend for an onsen hotel.

The staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. Service standard and quality were fantastic! Onsen and facilities were well maintained and spa with adjacent hotel was convenient. I enjoyed the coffee sessions at the lounge area greatly.
