The staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. Service standard and quality were fantastic! Onsen and facilities were well maintained and spa with adjacent hotel was convenient. I enjoyed the coffee sessions at the lounge area greatly.

Just 300 metres from Toba Station, Japanese-style inn Kaigetsu features comfortable rooms. The hotel offers public baths, a restaurant and free wi-fi in public areas.
