The hosts were extremely attentive. Cooking facilities were available shared with the family. The bathroom was also shared but there was no problem whatsoever. The very friendly staff and clean and spacious house with pretty lakeview. In the morning breakfast was delivered to the house at a time you could specify upon checkin. Also the pushkart in the house to transfer your luggage from the car parking was a nice addition. Very well equiped kitchen.

Magnificent outdoor onsen with great view! The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Fantastic food! Excellent hospitality! The Japanese garden in the hotel is one of the best in Japan and a must see!
