A great glamping place for families and friends. The domes are well spaced apart from one another and each dome comes with your own dining area and toilet. The dining area and toilet are separated from the sleeping dome. Dining area has a fridge and it is equipped with utensils, cutlery and gas BBQ. The dome is new, clean and modern. The view from our dome faces Mount Fuji and we were very lucky that there were moments where the sky was clear and we could enjoy the breathtaking view. Free alcoholic drinks at the nature bar from 4pm to 8pm. The guy who checked us in was very polite and helpful even though he didn't speak English. He used his phone to translate and make sure we had all the information (sorry, we didn't get your name). To some, it may be a little troublesome to have to walk out of the dome to go to the toilet (which is just next to the dome). To us, it was not a problem at all as it is glamping afterall!
A 15-minute drive from the Fujiten Snow Resort, Lodge Stack Point features free Wi-Fi, karaoke facilities and rooms with bunk beds. Free parking is available on-site.

This lodge is owned by a lovely sweet couple. We felt welcomed and had really genuine interactions with them using google translate to communicate. They recommended an onsen nearby that was exceptional. We also had breakfast both mornings at the lodge and it was very good with generous portions. Everything was perfect!! We recommend this place without hesitation.

This seems to be a typical minshuku experience. The lady is older and does not speak any english. She will show the place and use translator if necessary. There is a refrigerator to get drinks on level 1. You can pay when you leave. There is 1 bathroom with a hot bath which is quite common for home stays. Car GPS and Google Maps directions was accurate.
View of Fujisan from the bedroom is beautiful.
Everything is clean and as expected. I will return in future if staying in the area again.

An amazingly good public transport system around the mountain. I recommend getting a few day pass and a schedule for the sightseeing bus and using that mainly.
The caves were beautiful and clean for tourist attraction. Carry a jacket for them even in summer. The forest, while not pristine, was beautiful.
There are several places around the lakes you could spend a couple of days exploring. The weather meant no views of mt Fuji while I was there, but there was too much to do anyway.
