Helpful reception staff. We were allowed to store our luggage in the hotel though we arrived much earlier than check in time. Upon check out we were able to store the luggage for several hours (free of charge on Saturday) before we leave for the airport. This gives us the flexibility to explore the area without the baggage.

The location is good, close to eateries and scenic spots. The size of the room is larger than that of most hotels. The hot public bath and the resting lounge on the top of the building are magnificent. You got very nice views of the TV tower of Odori Park from there. The meetlounge service is excellent for afternoon snacks when you check-in late afternoon if you stay at the Cross Floor.

Location was convenient for shopping in the city center and walking to Odori park was not far. Staff are helpful and be able to speak English fluently. Facilities in the room were really great.
