Incredible location, great public transportation and incredible price, this is my second stay here and I will continue to book one more heart every time I visit Kyoto. The rooms are in a miniature apartment style, there’s a lot of room and having your own kitchen and washing machine is very convenient.

My stay at IMU Hotel Kyoto was very goodl! The room and toilet were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, when I realized I had forgotten some jewelry at my previous hotel, they kindly made the call and got in touch with them for me. A nice touch was the complimentary sake in the evenings, which helped us unwind after long days of sightseeing. The included breakfast was a great start to our mornings. There are some local bars nearby to enjoy. Highly recommend for a comfortable and friendly stay!

despite being in the middle of the city on a busy street, the room was super quite and dark - very comfy to sleep in and hae a good rest. they have nice amedities , coffee machine, water etc.

Location, location, location!!! 7/11, Starbucks, shopping and Nishiki Markets at door step. Can take city bus or walk to Sanjo station (5 minute flat walk across lovely bridge). Easy walk to Gion district also. Check in was easy, rooms are comfortable and clean, and separate shower / bath and toilet.
