The attention to detail is superb: they prepared a wooden cot and a welcome kit for my baby, had a scale for weighing bags and stroller to borrow. The room is very spacious and has everything we needed. Very friendly and helpful staff; everyone we spoke to could speak English.

The breakfast was excellent, a pretty good start to our holiday lots of variety and all you can eat buffet. The coffee was good too. Staff were very helpful and very lovely to a couple of Aussies who were a bit lost to start with.

I ventured out on arrival and found Izumi-Sano had more to offer than I imagined.
There was a very large outlet shopping centre which o would have enjoyed more time exploring but was tired after the days journey.
I would have also liked to have taken a walk to the sea. Next time I will definitely stay at least a couple of days.

Not clean not tourist friendly charged water tax but not allowed to use as have a small tattoo drunken noise patrons until early hours in the morning. In hallway. As there was a vending machine with beer and whiskey on offer. No one to consult as run by robots Packed and left even that we paid for 5 nights.no care no refund just go air filters in room very dirty. Breakfast not nice at all. Even that we paid we went to local JoyFul. Restaurant. Walk through car parks. Not a great location

I have a morning flight so only stayed one night here and visited the Seacle shopping mall/outlet mall. Good for travelers with morning flights to stay one night at the hotels at Rinku station so you dont have to rush to the airport. You can better relax and do some shopping at Seacle shopping mall/outlet mall or just walk around the area parks or the Aeon shopping mall for more variety.

The apartment hotel helped us understand how it feels to live in that area of Japan. It was comfortable, provided what we needed .The free wifi was excellent. It was calm, quiet, and a friendly atmosphere. Izumisano to me is "centrally" located. It isn't too far from Osaka proper and not too far from the lush greenery of Wakayama. The city is friendly and convenient. We walked around the town a few times and it was nice! If you have a chance to stay there, do not hesitate!

Conveniently located at the airport for those arriving too late for onward travel. Very comfortable bed and exceptionally clean room with all necessities. Sadly no room service available and the only option for eating following a 10:00 pm check were a nearby gyudon restaurant (basic) and 24-hour convenience store.
The location is one station away from the Kansai airport and 10 min walk from Rinku train station. The hotel is accross from Rinku premium outlet and park so if you like to go shopping, it is a perfect location. I was able to leave my luggage after check out and did some shopping. The hotel sells snacks and cup noodles in the lobby so if you arrive late, you can still get something to eat. The room was clean and bigger than I expected. Check in and out are very easy.
Very friendly and helpful staff! They were they responsive to my messages and went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth stay. The facilities were good, as well as added on services like hotel breakfast (you have to pay a little more but it was not very expensive) and there was even a liquid buffet in the evening (the alcohol is not magnificent but for the price, it was really good). It was very close to the airport too. Would definitely stay again!
The hotel location was perfect for our early flight the next morning and the room was very comfortable and a great size, ensuring we got a restful night's sleep before our journey.

There was a Konbini and selection of restaurants nearby meaning we could enjoy our last night in Japan without needing to travel back to the mainland for food too!
The room was very clean and the front desk man was a wonderful man. I want to let him know that he made us feel well at home and happy about choosing this hotel. The facilities were very clean in our room. Even though they were old or old styled, I could see (from doing housekeeping myself) that they were well cleaned. They also helped arrange a airport shuttle for us.
Cleanest and most spacious hotel we’ve stayed in at Japan so far! After checking in we immediately regretted not booking more nights. It had a beautiful view of the sea, cleanest and freshest seats, cleanest toilets, and amazing breakfast. They also have free shuttle to KIX airport and a free shuttle service to Aeon shopping mall.
The breakfast is really gorgious food. There are many meny to enjoy our breakfast and seeing a good view from the restuarant. The hotel is located nearby the outle street, so it is very good shopping and walking around there. There is a shuttle bus to pick up my family to KIX airport as well. Really comfortable...
Convient to the train station and room very clean. It's near an outlet store so I would recommend go to the hotel early if you want to check it out. Overall it was a great stay so sad we did not realise about the shops and went to the hotel late. It was a great hotel for the price you pay.
The hotel is clean. Very helpfull staff . He helped us to order taxi for the other day to Kansai airport.
The really nice thing is: this hotel provides lots of cupboards so guest can store their things neatly.
Other than that is the lights in the room is bright . The bed is big.
It was a great hotel near the airport. The onsen was just spectacular and the room was confy. The restaurant is also very decent and the ribs they served were mouth watering. I liked the detail of the dinosaur receptionists. It surely was a fun experience.
Location is perfect- above the train station and within walking distance to the outlet mall. And the public bath is big that could accommodate many guests. Hotel uses a central water dispenser for guests, eliminating the need for plastic bottles!
