The hotel looks very modern and is located right outside the metro stop before KIX airport. The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was tiny, but also clean and equipped with everything needed. Wi-Fi and AC were both working well, staff was helpful during self check-in procedure.

I ventured out on arrival and found Izumi-Sano had more to offer than I imagined.
There was a very large outlet shopping centre which o would have enjoyed more time exploring but was tired after the days journey.
I would have also liked to have taken a walk to the sea. Next time I will definitely stay at least a couple of days.

Not clean not tourist friendly charged water tax but not allowed to use as have a small tattoo drunken noise patrons until early hours in the morning. In hallway. As there was a vending machine with beer and whiskey on offer. No one to consult as run by robots Packed and left even that we paid for 5 nights.no care no refund just go air filters in room very dirty. Breakfast not nice at all. Even that we paid we went to local JoyFul. Restaurant. Walk through car parks. Not a great location

I have a morning flight so only stayed one night here and visited the Seacle shopping mall/outlet mall. Good for travelers with morning flights to stay one night at the hotels at Rinku station so you dont have to rush to the airport. You can better relax and do some shopping at Seacle shopping mall/outlet mall or just walk around the area parks or the Aeon shopping mall for more variety.

The apartment hotel helped us understand how it feels to live in that area of Japan. It was comfortable, provided what we needed .The free wifi was excellent. It was calm, quiet, and a friendly atmosphere. Izumisano to me is "centrally" located. It isn't too far from Osaka proper and not too far from the lush greenery of Wakayama. The city is friendly and convenient. We walked around the town a few times and it was nice! If you have a chance to stay there, do not hesitate!

Lovely place to stay as it is near to the Kansai Airport. Great shopping experience in Rinku Pleasure Shoppung centre nice food too! Pretty Ferrous wheel to see Rinku and the Osaka Bay from high above!

Conveniently located at the airport for those arriving too late for onward travel. Very comfortable bed and exceptionally clean room with all necessities. Sadly no room service available and the only option for eating following a 10:00 pm check were a nearby gyudon restaurant (basic) and 24-hour convenience store.
The hotel location is excellent for an early morning flight from Kansai airport. It takes only 15-20 minutes by train to get from the hotel to the airport. The rooms are quite small but everything else is great. Given it's located far away from the city center there are three cafes and various budget restaurants in close proximity. The breakfast is good, and there's a cocktail hour from 6pm to 8pm with various local drinks to choose from including sake, japanese whisky and gin.

I have visited over ten years soy comments apply over a long period.
It's inside aeroplaza so it's near to kansai airport (T1) and train station. Beware that the receptionist in on the first floor (use the elevator) since i and someone got confused and lost because there is no receptionist when we get in the hotel. It's near convenience store too. The room and the bathroom is spacious but we only got to stay in here for 1 night since we need to catch the morning flight.
We stayed at the hotel for the final two nights of our vacation in Japan. It was exactly what we wanted to book - convenient airport hotel, next to the local train station for a ride downtown, and right across from the airport. The hotel offered a complimentary airport shuttle with 15 min ride, great for an early morning departure.

Hotel was less than 5 minutes walk to Terminal 1 and connected to the airport train station. Room was big and spacious enough for me to use the space and pack my 2 medium-sized luggages at the same time.
Near a subway station. The hotel was easy to find. They had free shuttle bus service to the Kansai International Airport. 30min walk to Rinku area, where all the outlet malls are located.
A lovely spot! Excellent staff. Nice bath. Amazing Japanese breakfast. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport is great. But there is not a shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
Location: 1 station from Kansai Airport and have free shuttle bus to/from Airport. So this hotel is recommend for travellers arrive at very late night, or depart in early morning.
The hotel was in a great location for the airport in Osaka, and a ten minute walk from the station. The check-in/check out was fun as it was operated by dinosaurs 🦕.
We love the public bath. The decoration of the hotel is modern, and it’s closed to the Kansai airport. The room is clean. We will definitely stay here again.
