The staff were super friendly and accommodating, our room was incredible with the views of the intersection, the upstairs bar was incredible aswell especially with the tokens, we stayed 2 nights and got 3 free drinks because of it (non alcoholic). Best beds at a hotel in a long time, always struggle to sleep in hotels but had my first good nights sleep. I saw other reviews about carpets or weird smells but literally didn’t see anything or smell anything. Would 10/10 stay here again

It is nice modern hotel, perfectly located close to the station, which doubles as a transport hub, so it is easy to get anywhere. Plenty of nice food outlets nearby (many in the station complex). We loved their real coffee, not instant like in many other places.

Although one of the lesser known tourist destinations in Japan, Hiroshima has its own unique charm. History buffs can experience the Peace Memorial, whilst foodies get the opportunity to sample Hiroshima's famed Okonomiyaki and their delicious oysters! There's also some great shopping options that offer items you won't find in Tokyo, Osaka or Kyoto. Definitely recommend adding Hiroshima to your Japan itinerary!

A 3 night stay was, in my opinion, the perfect length to see everything in Hiroshima city (Mainly the castle and peace garden), as well as offering the option to travel to Miyajima for a day. There is a tram which costs only 300 yen to get to ferry port (Miyajima-guchi) to get over to the island. I can also very much recommend trying out Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki from any shop in the Okonomimura, as well as the Hirsohima Style Tantanmen from any shop; you wont be disappointed.

Stayed in Hiroshima for 2 nights.
Stayed in Hiroshima for 2 nights. Did a day trip to Miyajima Island which we absolutely loved and would highly recommend to everyone travelling to Hiroshima. Spent another day sightseeing on a 3 hour bike tour booked via Viator. A wonderful tour which we would encourage others to do as well. Stumbled upon Okonomimura aka Okonomiyaki Village which we went to both nights for a tasty meal. Loved the city and definitely worth travelling to.

You should stay more than 1 night in Hiroshima, atleast 2 days, better 3 days.
So you have enough time to explore everything.
Compared to other cities, hiroshima is way more modern and is less traditionalthan kyoto for example. But thaths why it is so nice to see, it is different than other locations in Japan.

This is a city of great historical importance and I felt humbled by the way the people of Japan and citizens of Hiroshima have rebuilt this city devastated by nuclear bomb. It was deeply painful to visit The Hall of Remembrance and see and hear a choir of school children singing near Children's Peace Monument. Those who are rattling nuclear sabres today should remember Hiroshima. Despite painful history people of this city are wonderful. Anywhone visiting Japan should see Hiroshima.

I love Hiroshima.
I love Hiroshima. It is a ver walkable and livable city I especially love the area around the peace park. Beautifully maintained. River and trees are beautiful. Lots of great restaurants!
Love Miyajima
Fantastic location 2 min away from the peace memorial. Reception and bar is on the 14th floor with great views over city. Great eating out opportunities nearby. Staff spoke good English and were very friendly and helpful. Free amenities for guests such as shower gel, shampoo, razor, cotton buds etc. Pyjamas and slippers provided as well. Easily accessible by tour bus from train station drops you off literally 100ft away from hotel. You can even walk it, we had a great 40 min walk admiring the beautiful city of hiroshima.
The location was excellent as we had a great view of the peace memorial park and genbaku dome. It was also well connected by street cars and buses to the train stations as we went about our travels around Hiroshima prefecture. The breakfast buffet on the top floor of the hotel was a treat as we got to have an even wider view of the surrounding area. The food did not really change during our 3 times there but they were tasty and that's all that matters to us. There's vending machines on every floor and that helps too.
We loved everything about this pretty hotel. We are a family of 3 with a young adult daughter. We stayed in the loft room with 2 beds and 2 bunkbeds, plenty of space. The beds are firm in a nice way. The whole ambiance is perfect, very friendly staff, free drinks, you can do laundry (with coins) and Hiroshima is a very lively, friendly city. We had breakfast once and that was good, but not for every day i think. There are lot’s of other places around.
What a beautiful hotel. Located right on the station it was the perfect start to our short but sweet stay in Hiroshima. It was the only time in our 3 week trip that we booked into a luxury, Western style hotel but it was really nice to do that for one night (especially after an emotional afternoon at the A-Bomb Dome, Peace Park and museum). A really, really nice hotel with beautiful facilities and wonderful staff.
My room was comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the amenities were exceptional! If and when I return to Hiroshima, I will try and stay at this hotel first.
It was also very convenient that a majority of the staff spoke some English. I was never embarrassed or nervous when I couldn't say something in Japanese.
Walking distance to the train station making it easy to make Hiroshima a homebase to surrounding areas. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very clean and roomy quarters. Japanese/European breakfast was excellent. Super polite and helpful staff. One checks in to the hotel electronically, eliminating the need for translator.
Great location, tram stop is just outside. Close to the peace park but as Hiroshima is relatively small you can get around the rest of the city easily from the hotel. Room size is standard for Japan so not massive but big enough for a few nights stay. Large double bed was great but does take up most of the room.
Lovely staff, great location to train station about 10 minutes walk. Located well for walking to Hiroshima memorial museum also and exploring downtown Hiroshima.
Hotel Onsen was great, Lawsons on the ground floor for picking up snacks if you need.
Comfortable beds and perfect overall for my one night stay.
Great location very close to Hiroshima railway station. The room was spacious and had an excellent bathroom and separate toilet. The bed was huge and comfy. The hotel staff generously upgraded our room. There is a 7/11 at the lobby of the building and a Lawson just in the next building - very convenient.
Very comfy and location is convenient to the Hiroshima Station as it is about a 10 minute walk. The staff are very friendly and will help you with any questions you may have . Rooms are very clean and this was one of the best hotels we had stayed in during our trip to Japan.
It is the closest hotel to the Hiroshima Atomic bomb dome building. The staff was so friendly and responsive. Couldn’t have had a better stay. It is a traditional Japanese hotel (sleep on a tatami mattress on the floor) so be ready for that.
Location is right at train station, just next door. We only stopped by for a nite at Hiroshima, so it was very convenient. The hotel room is a standard Japanese size hotel room, but not too small, nice and clean, modern.
We only stayed 1 night, it was comfortable, clean, with old fashion style hotel. Short walk to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum. Would recommend more night stay to explore and do other sightseeing next time.
Great location near Hiroshima Station, the hotel is new and clean, very practical room layout with good space for 3 adults and 1 child to enjoy comfortably. The beds are comfortable and I had good sleep.
Everything is perfect and I definitely choose this hotel when I go to Hiroshima again!
The price is great, facilities are awesome and the staffs are kind. The best hotel I have been to Japan!
We had problems with our luggages using Yamato Transport but Yuriko and all Hilton Hiroshima staff help us all the way through. Excellent Hotel staffs. Will come back again God willing!
The staff was very accommodating on my departure date change.
Very close to the Hiroshima train station. A covered walkway leads to the hotel entrance from the station directly.
It was a new hotel, very clean and welcoming. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. It is right in the entertainment area of Hiroshima, so everywhere is in walking distance.
