Everything is so clean everything looks like they are right out of the box. In fact the 10 is for cleanliness, I have stayed in top notch hotels and I can still spot bits here and there that has a stain or a bit of dust, not here. The effort to clean such a large room and large shower area SPOTLESS is incredible, I even had a good look around the room to see if I see anything caught in cracks or edges, stains or dirt on fabric etc, nothing, super impressive and the level of cleanness should be highlighted.
They have a lovely bath and shower room - very Japanese type kind of bath and shower room set up. If you have your own bath gel and salt do bring along ( easy enough to buy nearby )

I expected a beach area with a south pacific vibe. Instead it was a theme park. We couldnt use the beach that the hotel overlooked because it was closed and had to walk 2 beaches over. Very disappointed.

Chatan is an ideal location for people visiting family...
Chatan is an ideal location for people visiting family members in the military. It's very close to most of the bases, and has a wide selection of hotels. There is public transportation, but It's very walkable (in most areas). We felt very safe walking around. The America Village there has lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There were three or four beaches that we saw.

However the sunset is exceptional and the restaurants are on the beach so you can get an excellent view.
American village sort of reminds me of a cross between Disney and Vegas.

There were a lot of things to see and do in the area. The food at nearby bars/restaurants/eateries was fantastic. Araha Beach is beautiful to spend time at, and there is a lot of exploring to be done.

Great destination for any travelers. Lots to do. Including Jimmy’s pie shop! Yum. A&W chili cheese fries and root beer floats. American village and lots and lots of shopping and a big movie theater. Go. So nice rain or shine.
This is a great option for those wanting to stay in the area surrounding American Village or Sunabe. It is just a short walk from American Village where there are plenty of options for food, shopping, and entertainment. Sunabe is also nearby for those interested in snorkeling or surfing. The hotel itself is similar to most Mr. Kinjos on the island but the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is polite and friendly.
The hotel is a bit old-fashion but very clean, room fairly big and it has all that is necessary (electric kettle, hairdryer), even pajamas :) There is no breakfast service in the hotel but just a very short walk there is an excellent coffee shops opened from 7 am (they have one of the best coffees that I have had in long time and great breakfast sets). Close to the seaside and the restaurant area.
The staff was super friendly and they gave us many suggestions for food and places to visit. The location is perfect, you have multiple beaches only a few minutes by foot from the hotel and the American village is only a 15 min walk from the hotel.
Location was perfect. Within walking distance of American Village. Hotel onsen was complimentary, and my partner enjoyed that. Hotel room was pretty spacious, and the view to the outside balcony was very nice.
