There are 2 best things about this hotel… the first one is the position, close to the beach and the American Village, also close to the bus connection, only 8 minutes to walk from the bus stop that brought me there from Naha airport. Last but not least is the staff, who were very friendly and helpful, in my specific case, I forgot in my room a couple of items and when I realized I was already in Naha in a different accommodation. After I contacted them they were very kind and they helped me bring to my actual accommodation the Items that I left there. Who does something like that? Only amazing people… thank you so much again for that.
The Room was very clean and spacious and the view was amazing… I definitely will comeback again.

I expected a beach area with a south pacific vibe. Instead it was a theme park. We couldnt use the beach that the hotel overlooked because it was closed and had to walk 2 beaches over. Very disappointed.

Chatan is an ideal location for people visiting family...
Chatan is an ideal location for people visiting family members in the military. It's very close to most of the bases, and has a wide selection of hotels. There is public transportation, but It's very walkable (in most areas). We felt very safe walking around. The America Village there has lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There were three or four beaches that we saw.

However the sunset is exceptional and the restaurants are on the beach so you can get an excellent view.
American village sort of reminds me of a cross between Disney and Vegas.

i didnt know this is a resort. they also offer hostel, there are 4 beds in a room. many toilets and shower room. toothbrush and other free amenities can be found near the check in counter, i didn't see and the staff also didn't informed me, i only saw when i check out. the location is good, next to the busy street in american village. they also offer tuk tuk car tour but i didnt check it out. my bicycle was parked next to the shared bike area.
Reception desk was super kind. Since my wife is pregnant, we assume they assigned the room nearby elevator. I have stayed in many hotel for business trip in Japan but Okinawa Hilton is the best hotel.
All of employees were kind and nice. Room is very clean and neat. Nice view and Breakfast was okay.
There is no reason to hesitate to stay in this hotel. Manger and Reception desk employees should be rewarded by Hilton hotel.

Best possible location in Chatan - by the sunset beach, with direct access to it. All rooms with balconies and ocean view, ideal for sunset watching. Rooms very spacious, tidy, with all amenities you need. Bathrooms with shower and a tub. Excellent staff, very nice and helpful. Delicious Japanese breakfasts. In the evenings restaurant downstairs served great local food and drinks. Overall - we highly recommend this hotel!
Great location, room was huge, comfortable and clean. Room had everything we needed; washer and dryer, kitchen was stocked with everything you need..Rooftop pool is awesome with nice view of the sunset. Nice little bar on the roof as well. Soba restaurant on the first floor was good. Next time we come to Okinawa we are definitely staying here.
The location is awesome, walking distance from all you could need (conbini, sea, restaurants and tourist attractions like American village), and you can rent a car ti drive around the island.

AMAZING location! Right down the road from Sunabe sea wall. We stayed here for over a week during our outgoing PCS and had an excellent experience. It was far more comfortable than a hotel with all the same amenities. Everything is modern and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!
There are restaurants and the bus stop is a walking distance. There’s parking also for guests. Good water pressure in the shower. Hotel service is great. The staff gave me a water bottle and a bag of cookies. The room is equipped with washer, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and stove.
The facility is clean, quiet, pet friendly, and close to seawall, American Village, restaurants and conveniece stores. All amenities offered in the accommodation was 100% outstandanding. It is difficult to find pet friendly places n Okinawa but this place exceede our expectatíon.
Location is ideal for exploring Chatan & American Village, with the zoo and Pokemon center a short drive away. The apartment was a very good size with well equipped kitchen plus washer and drier. There is a convenience store right next door for Breakfast/lunch/snacks
The view is great. The sunset is spectacular. The location is great. The room is spacious and got almost everything you need. The resort does not offer services like a hotel but is very suitable for a short stay (we stayed for about a week).

the kitchen area has a foldable door so it’s kind of dividable. had no problem parking, great location near the american village (about 7min drive away)
2nd stay in this lovely hotel, we had a free upgrade. Rooms are clean and fancy, nice sea view. TV can be connected to youtube, amazon prime etc. Very close to the American village and to the beach.
Overall the location was in a central district of Okinawa, so most venues were within walking distance or a short taxi ride. There were plenty of places to eat and places to shop everywhere.
