There are 2 best things about this hotel… the first one is the position, close to the beach and the American Village, also close to the bus connection, only 8 minutes to walk from the bus stop that brought me there from Naha airport. Last but not least is the staff, who were very friendly and helpful, in my specific case, I forgot in my room a couple of items and when I realized I was already in Naha in a different accommodation. After I contacted them they were very kind and they helped me bring to my actual accommodation the Items that I left there. Who does something like that? Only amazing people… thank you so much again for that.

I expected a beach area with a south pacific vibe. Instead it was a theme park. We couldnt use the beach that the hotel overlooked because it was closed and had to walk 2 beaches over. Very disappointed.

Chatan is an ideal location for people visiting family...
Chatan is an ideal location for people visiting family members in the military. It's very close to most of the bases, and has a wide selection of hotels. There is public transportation, but It's very walkable (in most areas). We felt very safe walking around. The America Village there has lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There were three or four beaches that we saw.

However the sunset is exceptional and the restaurants are on the beach so you can get an excellent view.
American village sort of reminds me of a cross between Disney and Vegas.

There were a lot of things to see and do in the area. The food at nearby bars/restaurants/eateries was fantastic. Araha Beach is beautiful to spend time at, and there is a lot of exploring to be done.

Great destination for any travelers. Lots to do. Including Jimmy’s pie shop! Yum. A&W chili cheese fries and root beer floats. American village and lots and lots of shopping and a big movie theater. Go. So nice rain or shine.
The room we were checked into was very large for the price that we paid and had a sitting area with a sofa and coffee table, a large TV, and a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was large as well and had a big tub. The hotel provided clean towels and bottled water every morning for no extra charge and you could leave towels by the door to be exchanged without being disturbed. The hotel is also within walking distance of a beach, the sea wall, and many great restaurants.
The staff are wonderfully welcoming, friendly and professional. This is real hospitality. Thank you so much to the whole team for making us feel great!
The room design is clean and modern, maybe a bit odd in terms of color scheme and Japanese style bathroom, but everything is spotless.
Chatan as a location is decent, and this is likely the best view / property in Chatan, but there are of course other beachfront locations further north…
Best possible location in Chatan - by the sunset beach, with direct access to it. All rooms with balconies and ocean view, ideal for sunset watching. Rooms very spacious, tidy, with all amenities you need. Bathrooms with shower and a tub. Excellent staff, very nice and helpful. Delicious Japanese breakfasts. In the evenings restaurant downstairs served great local food and drinks. Overall - we highly recommend this hotel!
The rooms are very nice, with a queen bed, sofa and really big TV and refrigerator with freezer. Very nice for the price with free coffee and soda machine in the lobby. Can't beat the big shower and tub and definitely the all in one washer and dryer combo in the room. I stayed at this hotel the whole three months I was in Okinawa. Very nice Hotel and helpful Staff
I cannot tell you just how amazing the staff at this hotel is period from the date of check in to check in to the day of departure they bent over backwards to make this as comfortable as stay as possible. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are wonderful hosts and a very good hotel in a very good area near all of the military bases and American Village.

Super fancy hotel, very close to the American Village in Chatan. The infinity pool at the rooftop, although small, is amazing. The breakfast and in general food (apero, tea, or lunch) were very good. The staff was super professional, kind, and helpful.
The hotel is in an amazing part of town, American Village. Lots to do for families and couples. The rooms were really spacious and there was a small kitchen with a fridge and microwave. There also is a bathtub and shower combo.

It was clean and has a convenience store inside, which is very good for late night snacks , also had smoking area inside the hotel. Very quiet at night as well .
