I so wish we had booked to stay for 2 nights instead of 1.
This guesthouse is in a restricted area, due to its proximity to the Palestine border. On arrival, go to the Visitor Centre and speak to the Police. They will issue you with a pass that enables you to pass the checkpoint and drive down to the guest house. Due to border patrols, you are not allowed to access the River Jordan at night.
There is ample parking and, currently, the whole area is very quiet. (However, the Catholics are building on the adjacent plot, so this might increase the number of tourists.) There were only half a dozen other people staying when we were there, so we almost had the residence to ourselves. Our room has comfortable twin beds and was utterly quiet.
We hadn't realised how far the guest house was from the nearest town and how difficult it was to access the site, so we didn't know where to get dinner. The cooks prepared food for the staff and they kindly provided extra, so that we were able to eat.
The absolute highlight for me was sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over Palestine. It really was rather special and I didn't want to go in to bed.

It was a great hotel, very big, spacious and very beautiful!
Everything about it is excellent and beautiful; Dealing, service, cleanliness, cheerful spirit and smiles for all employees.
The swimming pools were large and clean. They had several different pools: for children, for adults only, and shared pools, all of which were distributed throughout the hotel.
In addition to delicious food and distinctive restaurants.
This is our second visit to the hotel, and certainly not the last. Highly recommend it!

This city was a city on the shores of the Dead Sea.
This city was a city on the shores of the Dead Sea. There were no places of entertainment for tourists in the city. Of course, being close to the Dead Sea has its advantages. There are many interesting historical sites in the vicinity of this city, which are definitely worth visiting, but since public transport is not available, be sure to consider the lack or inaccessibility of public transport to tourists. That is why it is important that you also rent a car before booking a hotel here, so that you can visit the sights in the vicinity of the city. We applied to a car rental company and were very satisfied with the professional service, and I would like to share my experience with you. If you would like to rent a car, I leave here the phone number of the manager Zaid, he is an expert in his business and will support you unconditionally for car rental throughout Jordan +962797918921

Dirty/not super clean, sticky surfaces, run down spa.
Dirty/not super clean, sticky surfaces, run down spa. The breakfast was not worth it. I would give it 4 out of 10 for cleanliness, 7 out of 10 for attentive staff, 8 out of 10 for pools and access to Dead Sea. Spa facility 4 out of 10.
But sunset over Dead Sea was 10 out of 10.
Don’t eat at the poolside Aqua Bar.

The town is quite dirty, there is plenty of rubbish on the streets. Options of restaurants is quite limited, although Beit Sweimeh is so good that ypu won't need anything else. Booking reccommended to not move around too much without the guide, although we felt quite safe even on the late evening walk.

The visit to Salt Beach was an exceptional experience for us. The beach was windy and the Israeli Border could be seen towards the horizon. The salt deposits look amazing and it is quite an experience to see the saltiest water body on Earth!

Great location.
Great location. Few meters access to the Dead Sead, free mud and shower facilities. There was the end of Ramazani and they have organized plenty of activities for the children ! The children really love it ! Great place for children generally ! The host very polite and professional, kept goodies for us in the fridge. Reasonable price taking into consideration the facilities, services and the location.

Stunning location above the Dead Sea, from the moment we entered to the hotel everyone was so welcoming and special gratitude to Dana who has upgraded us with lovely sea view room and was always helping us and escorting us. Pools are lovely, and spa was really first class. Food was wonderful at Lebanese restaurant. exceeded our expectations.
Everything was perfect. The hotel is new, the rooms are very spacious and very clean and you have an amazing view of the Dead Sea. The breakfast is not included in the price, so you have to take it separately and will cost 7 JD per person. There are no markets nearby. Water will be provided from the Hotel for free.

An absolutely fantastic place to stay in Jordan. We stayed here closer to the end of our trip and it was the relaxing break that we needed. The natural hot springs are amazing to visit and the whole hotel has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
In general, the Hilton Hotel is one of the hotels I feel comfortable staying in, whether in the Arabian Gulf or the Middle East... What I liked about my last stay was the suite in which I actually stayed, and I believe no hotel has Such a suite
Nice hotel with much space in the rooms, clean bathrooms, breakfast - various options, 3 pools, private beach - all was really nice . The hotel is not brand new but it’s a good deal for the price .
