Breakfast was all right but one needs to get used to the fact that getting coffee with milk is not at all a given. There was only horrible powder creamer :((( Also the choice of bread is very different to what one expects in Europe.

This was a good place to stay for a night - convenient, very clean and nice staff. We did not spend time in the city as we were on our way to another destination. The breakfast was sufficient and certainly meets your needs.

March and April are premium time to see heaven on earth. Also for a journey in time it's amazing place with each civilization keeping their print in this place.
The room is comfortable, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is very good and has a nice view from where it is served. They have an indoor pool but I was the only one using it that day, I don't think it is often used by guests. The street where the hotel is located has a lively nightlife with many restaurant and coffee shop options. There are not many tourist attractions close to the hotel but the city itself is not very touristy.
When I arrived hotel Mr.Fadi promoted the room
to room N. 204 for free
He welcomed me.. brought me a coffee & 4 bottles of water

Big room like a small apartment, convenient for two people for a short stay. When you enter there is a sitting area, then a small kitchen along with the bathroom and the bedroom with 2 single beds with a balcony to the front side. The hotel is old but at the center of Irbid city. Many shops next to the hotel like super market, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies.
The location was near a lot of shops, although the juice shop opposite the hotel had very bright signs which was very visible from our room on the low floor. The staff were very nice and accommodating when we requested to add another guest to sleep over for a night. The rooms were very spacious too.
The staff was very nice and friendly and everything was clean. The breakfast was good and had the typical options for Jordan like bread, tomato, cucumber, olives, bread, marmelade, cheese ...
The free car park was perfect for us.

the location was perfect and close to a very busy street in irbid. There is plenty of access to great food and transportation. the property was very clean and the staff were all amazing and extremely hospitable.
It’s a simple hotel which is a little bit worn and kind of clean but okay to stay. The air con worked very well and heated up the whole room. We got free breakfast which wasn’t included in our booking.
The persons who is working are very kindly and helpful. There are soft beds in room and really comfortable. They helped with everything from the airport to the hotel.
