We had a nice welcome. On our arrival the host offered us tea. The place was clean.We had 2 separate big rooms, bathroom and fully funkcional kitchen. The host was carying and eager to please us. For additional cost she prepared us delitious dinner. Breakfast was included in rental price.

Impeccable customer service! We had a very short stay at Petra Plaza Hotel and we had little expectation but we were proved wrong as soon as we walked in! Very warm and friendly welcome from the staff and the hotel itself was very clean and smelling nice. The room was clean and the mini bar drinks were free + some snacks which was a very nice touch! We left early in the morning and didn't get the chance to have breakfast but no doubt it would have been delicious. I would 100% recommend and would stay again!

The food and service were excellent. The rooms were very comfortable, the rainfall shower was amazing! I loved the rooftop pool and it was so nice of them to let us use it after we had checked out. The location is also perfect – right next to the Petra Visitor centre and the bus stop.

Price and location are great, staff are great and very helpful. We wanted to go during Petra's opening time which was out of hours for their free shuttle service but they honored the trip there and back regardless.

The room itself was really clean and nice and staff really friendly. It was value for money and we had a good night's rest.
The Manager is 'au fait' with the area and have good local knowledge and advice. Try Sajiat Al Janoob Restaurant for dinner - absolutely fantastic (obviously busy) but worth every JD.

Also the restaurants and the people there are sooo friendly and helpful, we had the chance to eat with the host's family!! An experience of once in a lifetime! The host is so friendly and always smiling, we had a lot of fun. Next time we will go back to make more trips. Our stay was really too short. When the host told us about the trips he makes, we really want to come back one day!! Ride the horse, sleep in the desert, camp out to eat and to enjoy! See you back soon Petra!
