Host Anne Marie was fantastic, attentive to needs and always tried to sort any issues. Unfortunately I was unwell during my stay and she was very helpful.

We had a kitchen so we made most of our meals. That being said, groceries are not cheap in Jamaica!
Amazing seafood meal at Bashment bar and grill, a little shack on discovery bay beach!!! Don’t let the place fool you, it was the best seafood I have had near Runaway bay for a decent price.
Driving is not for the weak in Jamaica, it is a busy road often many delays and can take some time to get to where you are going.
But overall, such a beautiful country with the best people.

I liked the view, the general structure of the property. I didn't like how lazy some staff seemed, specifically the person to whom complaints are filed. Attitudes of some female staff needs work.

Check-in was horrendous, it took them 1-2 hours to get us to our room. Be prepared for a reception that is not ready for guests and were almost surprised we turned up despite paying for the entire stay in advance. Fortunately, I had printed a hard copy of the booking otherwise I'd be spending the night sleeping on the beach. Phone the hotel directly was futile as they never pick up the phone. Surprisingly this was the same from the actual room. Security is pretty hostile to paying guests and if you have a car prepare for no parking spaces if you even get let in. On Fridays there is a Sound System outside the hotel playing at 80-90 decibels and the hotel does nothing about it go luck trying to get some sleep. The hotel has an empty disco playing at around 70 decibels till 2am every night. By the way noise above 70 dB over a prolonged period of time may start to damage your hearing. Loud noise above 120 dB can cause immediate harm to your ears. Be prepared to supply your own beach towels. Room towel and bed sheets are not changed daily. The was built in 1958 and the room safe is from the late 80s. Food is acceptable but they seldom have the national dish of Ackee and Salt Fish and the bar runs out of Wray and Nephew white rum by noon daily.

Food was lovely, I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel each night and it was Jamaican cuisine freshly cooked and tasty. All the staff was friendly, got good advice about avoiding tours and just hiring taxi drivers through the hotel. The lady I dealt with most for meals and everything was immeasurably chatty and accommodating. There's a pool with sunbeds, the rooms are comfy and the room I had had a little balcony. I'd happily stay again, hotel felt cosy, comfortable and secure. Good location for the beach and tourist attractions
The grounds and the ambiance were superb. We asked for adjoining rooms and our request was met. The buffet variety, especially on Independence Night was excellent. The guests were served jelly coconuts. This is a rare gem! Breakfast was always excellent and the variety provided at the hotel is commendable. The orange juice was A class. The beach at this hotel is one of the best I have ever seen. It was free of sea weeds! It was clean and clear! The water was addictive! Superb!
The staff were SO friendly and helped to make my stay amazing! The room I had was very comfortable and stayed cool, and I didn't hear others around me. The arranged transfers from the airport to the hotel were really nice, given the distance (1 hr). it was good to not have to worry about that. The size of the resort was nice for me and it was a great jumping off point for hiring a guide to take me to see local wildlife.
stayed here the last week in June 22 Staff was ok rooms was ok location was ok, meals could be improved although it was ok i would stay again as my overall stay was pleasant, the main issue was the wifi which was none existent, I had to HOTSPOT my phone to my laptop which unacceptable in this day of age, but if thats not something that bothers you then this resort isn't bad id give it a 6/10
The location was good for experiencing Jamaican life outside of the usual tourist trap areas like Ochio Rios and Montego Bay. The privacy and quietness of the resort. The small but more than adequate private beach with safe coral reef cove, take your snorkelling gear! Quiet and relaxing pool area with plenty of Sun lounges and other shaded seating choices.
the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel. professionalism, friendliness, excellent treatment of guests by the staff regardless of their work profile. variety of foods and dishes offered. as well as the quality in all the restaurants and food areas located by the pool and beach.
The hosts run a tight ship at the garden apartment. I liked the location overall. The property was clean and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. The apartment was cute and comfy. I also liked the outdoor garden area. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I also loved the food at the Cardiff Hall Resort and Spa 👍🏽
The staff was very pleasant and professional and caring at all times. When I'm in Jamaica again I definately will be booking this hotel again. Everything was great especially the food the atmosphere was good, the place was spotless and the staff help to make my stay very welcoming and pleasant.
I loved the location, the facilities especially the complimentary drink and the host was the best. Adrian was very cool and understanding. My spouse can’t stop talking about it. Would definitely book again
I like that it was all inclusive for one. So I didn't really have to worry about anything. Most of the staff were really helpful but all the staff I come across were nice. They didn't over step.
The people were very kind ans we even got a chef for our breakfast and dinner
The food was amazing
Rohan helped us get around when needed
All by all one of the best places to stay at
The apartment was spacious and comfortable compared to small hotel rooms we had been staying in. Good ceiling fans and AC. I liked that breakfast could be brought to our apartment.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. The different restaurants and entertainment each night was a plus. The shuttle service from each resort.
