The hotel was lovely and comfortable. The rooms were very clean but very hot as they did not have Air Conditioning. They had a fan but it kept blowing hot air around the room.
The food was exceptional.

Great location across from the station and a pleasant walk to the old town. We arrived too late for their excellent lunch special menu which was a bargain and the food looked superb.

Not as bad as some ratings told, just some details spoil the overall impression. The room is looks good - it contains all the ususal equipment, it is clean and looks quite new. The self-check-in works very well. No problem with noise from the neighbourhood. It is not mentioned in the description but breakfast is included in the (very low) price. Not far away by car from Lago Maggiore.
Motel Monterosa is set along Via Nazionale, the main road between Vogogna and Premosello-Chiovenda. A mountain-view balcony is standard in all rooms.

The location of the motel was ideal for us due to the planned route. The room is clean, but the whole facility should be refreshed a bit. The staff is friendly and the place is good enough to spend the night or two in transit.

Villadossola is a stunning village in the italian alps and the hotel is in the centre of the village. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. It is family run and their restaurant next door is buffet style and the food is excellant.
The highlight of this property are the staff. They are very accommodating and kind and were even able to look after my dietary requirements for my included breakfast, which I was very grateful for. I also appreciated that although I was only staying on the first floor, there was still a life available. The local is lovely, though about a 10min drive from Domodossola. Within 50m of the hotel is a supermarket and a bank, though I didn’t really look for restaurants.
The room was excelent. So big, beautiful and extremly clean, well equipped with anything we needed. The bed was so cozy, with soft pillows, perfect for a great sleep after our long traveling day. The staff of the hotel was really helpful and nice, and also the breakfast was good, you have many options. I really enjoyed my morning coffee there, quiet and nice.
We visited this hotel on while traveling from Switzerland to the Lago Maggiore. We appreciated the late check-in possibility and the friendly staff. Upon arrival we got an unexpected room upgrade to a room with a large, luxurious bathroom. The room was very very clean and the beds are comfortable.
Excellent family run hotel that has very recently been refurbed. Very friendly and relaxed staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel restaurant was excellent value and served wonderful food cooked freshly. Large gated car park next to the hotel and other shops and cafes very close by.
