What a good hotel! I really liked its restaurant where the staff was extremely professional and recommended delicious local food. The private parking is super!
Porta Del Tempo is a charming little hotel. Our room was small but clean. It was raining when we arrived. We were drenched after a long walk. Room was a bit cold. There was no kettle and food is not allowed to consume in the room. You can buy hot or cold drink in the dining room downstairs though. Shower had enough hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was selection of fruits, cereals and delicious home made cakes. Dairy free milk was available on request.
Quintessential town of Stroncone is well worth the visit and the Porto del Tempo is beyond charming! The owners are incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful. Our flights were terribly delayed, resulting in us getting to the property well after midnight, which was no problem for the owners who accommodated us without issue.
Great location in the historic centro. Fantastic hotel and owners were absolutely lovely. Breakfast was great and I really enjoyed the quiet beauty of Stroncone. Gem of a village without the tourist craziness
