The monastery is a wonderful place to stay at least one night. The building complex is surrounded by mountains, silence, peace all around. Beautiful Umbria. Nearby is the excellent Marmara Falls. The breakfast was very tasty, quite a wide selection. The rooms are brilliantly clean. nothing was missing. But the staff are especially kind and accommodating. I stayed in the hotel with my family for one night (19.07.-20.07.2024), I could have stayed longer if I had known how cool this place is and the vacation would have been longer. The hotel has magnificent, breathtaking views across the valley in two directions. Breakfast is classic Italian, as it should be. The coffee tasted good and the views from the breakfast terrace were fantastic. There are several places to eat dinner and a supermarket within a short drive. A good bonus is the pool where you can cool off from the hot summer weather. The manager is a very friendly and very positive person.☀️ Thank you!🙏 I definitely recommend this place.

I was walking so found the hotel a little away from the major hub of the area, and the walk was along a busy road. I arrived early and the rooms were not ready but this was not a problem and I was allowed leave my gear in the room and use the lovely pool. The cleaning staff were really lovely, as. was the receptionist. Breakfast was good and was available from 7.30am

Hotel De Paris is 350 metres from Terni Train Station, and just a short drive from the Marmore Waterfalls. It offers free Wi-Fi, large air-conditioned rooms, and Umbrian cuisine.

Very close to the train station and a great price if your just looking to get your head down for a night. Little pizza shop across the road serves very good by the slice for €1.50 / €2.
