The hotel is located within the historical center and at just a few minutes walking from the main streets. The staff was very helpful and kind, and fluent in English. The breakfast was ok, there were some bread rolls and charcuterie, fruits, yogurt, cakes, and cereal. The room itself was very clean, and cleaned on a daily basis.

Spoleto is a nice, cosy town. The centre itself is rather small, so visiting it doesn't take very long. You can hike and cycle in the vicinity. There are some places worth visiting nearby, reachable either by car or by train, such as the waterfalls in Marmore and the towns of Assisi and Perugia.

Beautiful old hilltop town with so much to see.
Beautiful old hilltop town with so much to see. There is the Rocca Castle at the top of the town well worth the visit with spectacular views. The Duomo (Cathedral) in Piazza del Duomo, beautiful ceiling paintings. Lots of old narrow streets and lovely market squares, lots of places to stop for a coffee, glass of wine, lunch. Could spend alot longer here than we did. It's very hilly but there is an amazing underground moving escalator system that you can hop on to make it easier to get up those hills! On my previous visit to Spoleto, I stayed at Hotel Clitunno which I also highly recommend.

Spoleto is one of Italy's most pictures and peaceful towns. Very relaxed atmosphere with lots of beautiful restaurants and eateries.
The old Roman structures were not crowded and easy to access on foot. Walking around Spoleto was easy and very safe both by day and night.
Lots of old Roman ruins and artists works in galleries dotted around the town.
A perfect break from the congestion of the big cities. Spoleto will not disappoint. Hotel Duci was in a perfect location with good parking

The view at the top of the mountain using the tramway was exquisite and seeing the bridge and fort....Loved the Duomo beautiful beyond..the old streets...not many tourists...the streets so interesting. It was easy to get around..loved the piazza below our accommodation. Our accommodations were beyond my expectation. The wrap around terrazzo was such a bonus and a special way to end our trip. The old very old church just outside added to the beauty. and the tramway a walk away, The views from our terrazzo was spectacular!.

Spoleto is a city dating back thousands of years, where monuments, fortresses and wonderful awe inspiring churches exist. A modern underground walking/moving escalators and elevators assist young and old alike to move around this wonderful ancient city. There are numerous shops, boutiques, indoor/outdoor restaurants and bars to serve the public. Most important are the friendly people of Spoleto. A must see destination for all.
The owner, Nazarro, was very warm and welcoming and he was kind enough to organise a pilgrim meal close by for me for the evening.
The property has so much character, the room was incredibly clean and the breakfast was one of the best I have had in Italy. As well as an Italian breakfast, the owner also cooked eggs from his chickens and offered local cheeses.
For anyone walking the Via di Francesco, this place is perfect. There are even clothes racks to dry your washing and lots of gardens so you can relax in the sun.
We loved the pool and all the different outdoor seating areas, especially the little bar. Dinner was served on the outdoor terrace which had beautiful countryside and sunset views . The staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly - they arranged a pescatarian meal for us and toasted us with prosecco when they found out it was our honeymoon! They were also really helpful giving us advice about visiting nearby Spoleto and helped to arrange a morning horse riding :). Would definitely stay again!
Located down in the lower part of the charming old town of Spoleto. It is near plenty of bars, restaurants and shops, which are also quite lively on a weekend. The sofa bed was extremely comfortable in the lounge area, and apartment was comfortable. The main part of the old town is a easy walk up the hill and steps into the main street, where there are more restaurants and plenty of sightseeing opportunities. To access La Rocca there is a short walk to the lift to take you to the top.
The hotel was staffed by very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Wonderful courtyard to have a drink and breakfast was good although biased a bit to sweets! Not really a problem. Thought that the location was easy to access but you did need to walk a bit to get to the historical center - about 15 minutes - uphill. However, this is a great place to stay if you arrive by car as easy to access and they have on site parking.
This hotel is honestly my top 1, it is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at. It is incredibly beautiful, relaxing, and detail oriented.
Our room was stunning, perfect size, the pool is beautiful and so calm. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee was next level (and the offer plant-based options)
Also, the parking is covered with solar panels, and they offer EV charging stations.
I have nothing but praise for this place.
The apartment looks nicer and is bigger than in the pictures. It has a good amount of storage. it is so well equipped even a washing machine - so handy for pellegrini! The location is just perfect for exploring Spoleto. The free escalator route is practically next door - lifesaver in the topography. There is also a minimarket, bars and restaurants near by. And Elena is so helpful and caring... An accommodation worth every penny!
Very clean and peaceful. Perfect location, breakfast was good and you can go to mass as well. Everyone at the property was very nice and welcoming. They even had a coffee machine and vending machine with water and snacks for reasonable prices. Close to sights of interest and near the moving sidewalk/ escalators if you want to visit the sights at the top of the hill. Great stop while walking the way of St Francis.
Breakfast was wonderful. All homemade bakery items. The staff were so nice and very helpful. The hotel is old so come with that expectation - very clean bright rooms though with big windows and lovely views - Only BIG negative were super hard beds and pillows- I had a sore neck and shoulder afterward. Apparently, this is more of a US thing as I have been told that Italians like very hard mattresses?
Spacious comfortable nicely equiped apartament located in Spoleto just nearby the escalator which takes you to higher parts of old town. Nice view from the window, very very clean apartament and you can find inside all you need. There is kitchen and all you need like electric kettle and iron which was perfect as we came for a wedding. Communication with host was really good. I really recommend it!
Elena's place was exceptional. Before we even arrived into Spoleto, she was in touch about the apartment, information about the area, making us feel welcome and like returning to a well known place. The flat has one of the most beautiful views of anywhere we have stayed in Spoleto. It is perfect for a couple, a beautiful respite, and Elena was very kind even when we left our plug!
The host and his team are very attentive, kind and friendly. The accommodation is new, well decorated and clean. The breakfast is complete. We were able to visit the historic center of Spoleto and go to Cascia, at the Sanctuary of Santa Rita by bus that stops on the street where the accommodation is located.
A beautifully restored farmhouse out and away from the traffic/city.
Luana and Marco were the best hosts so helpful with restaurant ideas, sights to see. We wanted to lay low one evening to have pizza and wine at the house and they accommodated us with wine glasses, plates. 10/10 hosts and B&B.
Wonderful location. Apartment with a great flair in a charming old house with thick stone walls cooling even in summer heat. Extremely nice and forthcoming hosts. Small kitchen serves the purpose. Cafe bar very nearby to take breakfast.
exquisite property with incredible garden and view of the mountains and truly extraordinary hosts who gave us history of the property and Spoleto and took care of our every requests.
Felicita is a very kind person. It was one of my best Booking experience. The flat is so unique and well equipped, close to Spoleto's main attractions. Thank you for everything 🙂
The staff were quite helpful. A couple of things were not working when we arrived, but were fixed right away! Very nice place to stay for exploring Spoleto!
Great if you have a car as hotel has a lot or parking nearby. Great breakfast. View of Roman amphitheatre from room. A bit on the business-y side however.
The rooms are far more functional and comfortable for an hotel of this level. The staff is kind and helpful. The annexed restaurant is cheap and quite good.
