Hotel with an idyllic setting. The view from the terrace is breathtaking ! We really fell in love with the place and loved spending time there. The room was impeccable and verry clean. The staff were really lovely. We will definitely come back. I highly recommend this place

not much to see in Sorico, but it is close to lake Como and to Colico where there are many good restaurants, a small beach, ...
you can also take the ferry on the Como lake and go as far as Como.
Excellent pizza in Hotel Risi and excellent artisanal ice cream a bit further.
We loved everything about the hotel, the staff were exceptional, so helpful and friendly. Mattia welcomed us as we arrived, and from then on we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The food excellent.
We felt totally relaxed and at home.
We would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and enjoy its wonderful warm atmosphere.

The location is amazing. Beautiful lake right in front of the hotel. We had dinner at their restaurant and the food was exceptional. We did not speak Italian but the staff was all friendly and motivated to understand us. We used a lot of google translate. Our rooms had no AC but it wasn't a problem. You can sleep with the windows open a lots of breeze will refresh your room plus the ceiling fan will keep it nice and cool.

Receptionist was really kind and helpful, spoke English with us and helped us with everything. The room was very clean and beautiful and the bed was huge and so nice to sleep on. Location wise, it was in a very calm and quiet spot with lake right next to the hotel and a beach wasn’t far at all.

The hotel was right next to the lake which was lovely. Great list of restaurants nearby and there was a bus station near which took us straight to Menaggio in 40 minutes. Staff were fantastic, so polite and helpful. Great value for money - what you get is what you pay for!
The hotel is located in a very small village with a very local feeling. The views over the lake and the mountains are breathtaking. We had the superior double with the little terrace and have really enjoyed the views and sipping a glass of wine while admiring them.
The view from the room was fantastic and the restaurant of the hotel has some fabulous food at affordable prices. The room we had was a four star standard one in my opinion. Friendly staff (family run). All was great I highly recommend.

The host Mattia is just amazing! He took care of all our needs, and his mom is the cook for all the meals. The hotel is located on the lake, facing snow covered mountains (in April).
