The hotel is nice, clean and modern. Everything was great! breakfast had good variety. Dinner is also great! the kids were eating for free which was a nice perk. The staff was excellent and very nice! The wine produced by the hotel own winery was also excellent especially the rose!!!

The hotel is fantastic. The restaurant is outstanding. We booked breakfast and dinner and did not regret. The dinner is gourmet with 5-6 courses every night. The atmosphere in the restaurant is classy. The staff is very nice and friendly. They tried the accommodate and help us, as we travelled with our 4 months old son. The rooms are wooden, cosy and clean. The spa is fantastic with bio sauna, Finish sauna and steam bath.

Nice town a little bit uphil with some nice restaurants. Small but nice to spend a couple of hours to visit the castle, church surroundings etc. They have also a very nice, well-maintained minigolf course. There's public transport to and from Meran every 30 mins and this might be a nice stop on or from the way to the further (Verdins) village with its many hiking trails and 3 cable cars.
10/10 perfect experience.
- AMAZING service from Kristoff and his family. They went over the top and provided the hospitality I think I've ever received. - We were the only Americans staying when we went they made us feel at home.
- Breakfast + food was locally sourced and delicious. They even had many options for my celiac/shellfish allergy partner.
- The valley view was breathtaking.
- The resort is near two cable cars so driving isn't fully needed. We were able to use public transit from Merano to get to the resort
The apartment on the top floor (one bedroom) was HUGE. It had literally all amenties we needed. Lots and lots of room to store your stuff.

Beautiful, modern, clean and well-located property with cover parking (spaces for 2 cars) and an ample view of the Merano Valley. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee making machine and tea kettle. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Ample shelves and closets, hooks on doors and near the main entrance. The area is very quiet. Room darkening electric shades make for a very good sleeping environment. The TV has hundreds of channels.
This is second adult only hotel of Sienna Resort. The main one just little bit higher on hill.
But guests can enjoy both hotel facilities.

Breakfast, view, freshly pressed juices, indoor & outdoor pool, jacuzzi. Dinner was also very nice. Also, that we got bus tickets for the whole stay provided by the hotel was a nice touch, we could go to Meran and Trautmannsdorf. Would definitely come again. Danke Familie Götsch!

The breakfast was good. Organization and people within the hotel was professional and good. And the view here high on the mountain was great, but you don't need a room for the night to have a great view.
A very clean and comfortable apartment with an excellent view on the valley. The transport to the Merano 2000 ski resort via car is reachable in 5 min. The pool is also very nice.
