The place was nice, the facilities were very okay just that when you enter you get the sense of an oldish hotel. Nice breakfast just that it was the same all the days we stayed there a little change could be good.

I stayed in Starhotels Grand Milan Saronno for one night only, but near my hotel found an amazing pizzeria 4 Seasons Ristorante Pizzeria which I recommend to everyone. Here are amazing dishes, especially seafood.

Saronno seems to be a suburb of Milan. Has a nice city/village center with some shops, bars and restaurants. Good to have a pleasant drink while thinking what to have for diner. Have not see/find any extraordinary architecture or interesting sightseeing objects.

Beautiful town, good restaurants and amazing churches. The Santuario is worth a visit! The town is just 15 min drive from Milan. Good outlets for those who love shopping. Good connection to major cities in Northern Italy. The Railway station is well served for trains to/from Milan and Malpensa.

We stayed in Gerenzano which is on the outskirt of Saronno. I should have taken more notice when booking as the location wasn't good. Saronno itself was lovely and the trains were great, English speaking ticket office, good connection to Malpensa airport and other places.
We arrived very late after midnight because of unexpected traffic and we were worried because it's not a hotel. But the host had kindly waited until we arrived. If I had been her, I would have fallen a sleep ;)
The room is very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The toilet was also spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped! The parking was also very easy, just in front of the building.
I can recommend it to anybody who needs comfortable stay!!
The quiet neighborhood and the strategic location. Just a few minutes walk, you'll be at the station of Saronno and from there it's just easy to go around places like Milan and Lake Como. I also liked our host's kindness. Roxana is very accommodating and really helpful. The garden is a plus also. It is very private and really perfect to spend relaxing time for afternoon aperitivos.
Front desk staff was AMAZING. Moreno provided us true Italian grace and gentility. Our room was large, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. Hotel Cyrano is a very safe 10 minute walk from the clean, well run train station in Saronno. Fantastic location near a laundromat and little hole in the wall eateries
My wife broke her leg during our trip, of course not in hotel. The staff did everything in order to help us regarding the hospital, the facilities for the stairs. Well-sized clean rooms, very good value. Excellent breakfast options included in the price made this location appealing. Included toiletries were appropriate for a hotel stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating by allowing us to check in early. Close to the train station and grocery store.

Hotel’s parking is open from 7:00~23:00. If you need to leave earlier than 7:00 or later than 23:00 you will need to park on the street. The staff was helpful, there were also several restaurants in walking distance and the hotel was easy to find.

The location is great, just what I needed. The fact that hotel is pet friendly was much appreciated. Staff is very kind and facilities were accomodating our needs. Comfortable sleeping beds, everyday cleaning service and rich breakfast.
The location was very convenient for visiting Milan; Saronno Sud station is just 5 minutes away by car with an approximately half hourly service to Milan for about 3 euros. Sarronno seems a pleasant town with sufficient places to eat.
Nice place close to the Saronno station. The staff was very friendly, communicative and available to help us find the place. There's a fantastic restaurant downstairs, which is great when coming back late.
