This is a dream house for no matter what purpose (work, holiday with family…). Super clean and well maintained. It’s very new and modern. In the meantime, it feels like a comfortable home with everything you might need. The location is convenient to reach both Como and Milan. Highly recommended! Last but not least, Massimo and his niece are very friendly and warmhearted hosts.

The owner was extremely accommodating, made us feel welcomed.
The room was new and clean. The bed was wide, very hard though. The restaurant serves amazing food.
Right on the shore of Lake Como, opposite Urio Pier, Hotel Orso Bruno is a 20-minute drive from Como. Rooms are simply furnished and some overlook either the mountains or the lake.

Hotel Orso Bruno exceeded our high expectations. It's location is brilliant, literally less than fifty metres in front of the small pier that the ferry boats pull into. The views over the lake from the restaurant are breathtaking.
The staff are wonderful and could not do enough for us, Antonia even drove us down the lake to catch another ferry when the one that was due into Urio was unexpectedly cancelled due to an engine fault.
We ate in their restaurant every night and the food was superb as were the staff, all of whom were very engaging, warm and professional.
The hotel was very clean and our room had everything we needed including tea and coffee making facilities in our room which unfortunately many continental hotels do not provide.
We would book Hotel Bruno again without hesitation and probably will do!
Hotel Canturio is set 12 km from the city of Como. It offers a private garden, free Wi-Fi and rooms with air conditioning.

On arrival, easy to park, staff were very helpful and after a long drive the relaxing drink in the bar was very welcome. Room was comfortable with a terrace to sit out on which was very peaceful.
Buffet breakfast was very good, alot of choice and enjoyed the TWO cappucino coffees.
Certainly will stay again.
