The welcome, the stunning view and location, the friendliness of the team. We were upgraded to a lovely room with the most incredible view of the beautiful pool area and marina - they were all so helpful and attentive. One of the breakfast team even took one of our 2 dachshunds for a walk around the gardens! We will be back for sure as we travel to and from Italy 4 times per year.

We received a warm welcome and, despite the language barrier, we were given good instructions regarding the apartment and the car park.
The location was fantastic and so close to the superb beach, bars, restaurants and marina.
The security was great - The underground parking ensured the safety of our car and it didn't get too hot.
The size of the apartment was good and we really enjoyed the private garden/terrace area.

Remote port town, not very elegant but quite pretty, surrounded by pine forests and not crowded (relatively more popular with Italian tourists). Poor infrastructure extends travel times, but well suited by tranquil beach holidays with not too much fuss.
The property is fabulous and exceeded our expectations. The beach is a short walk away, where the beach club provides comfortable seating and a great restaurant. The pool on the property was clean and fresh with nice loungers around. As for the room, it was very spacious, with stunning bathrooms, kitchen and a great terrace for enjoying a nice evening drink. The breakfast was among the best I have experienced, with a menu for selecting whatever you like. Highly recommended!
It is easy to reach many beaches(paid and free) around it, walking distance through pine trees, the swimming pool is quite nice and sufficient, not crowded. The front garden landscaping is beautiful. The private garden of the rooms provides privacy. Kitchen products are sufficient and clean.
The property was excellent for my family and our puppy. The hosts were really lovely and helpful. I would strongly recommend the flat to anybody who wants to spend some days in that beautiful part of Tuscany.
