We stayed here for 3 nights in Jun’24. The location is majestic, overlooking the hills. The rooms are fabulous, extremely well maintained and of high quality and large with top most interior standards - there is a balcony overlooking the mountains which makes it all the more special. The service is exceptional, Linda and her team are extremely helpful, always have a smile on the face. Breakfast is amazing too.
While this Hotel is characterised as 3 star, it’s CERTAINLY A 5 STAR HOTEL. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to visiting again.

The town to access to 3 cable car lines, but if in summer, may be crowded with people. Too few grocery stores and choices of food not much. May stay at town nearby Ortisei such as St Christina, selva Wolkenstein.

The town of Ortisei is a very typical Sud-Tirolean Alpine with lots of wood in use throughout the town for building and local wood carvers. It is a very quiet and peaceful town. Up the road Selva is a more geared towards younger people with lots of apres-ski bars and outdoor music events and bars etc. If you are up for a quiet and relaxing stay, which has lots of nice restaurants and shops, this is it.

The place is excellent — it was my 4th ski travel to this area (Ortizei, Selva di val Gardena), the only huge issue is that there is no direct connections from major airports — Milano, Bergamo, Verona (you could make from one of those). If you don't rent a car — the travel is ridiculous long and require several connections. Comparing to Andorra — there is regular direct bus connection right from the Barcelona airport to Andorra and across Andorra cities+villages (busses and shuttles). I don't understand why this area did not organised something like that, because you built HUGE ski infrastructure and made it complicated to reach it by travellers.

Ortisei is fine to overnight there, but what is much better is to use cable car and to go up to the mountains around. And not only in Ortisei but also in Santa Catarina and Selva...
This is really unforgettable.
We loved everything. Erich picked us up from the bus stop with all our luggage and took us to the apartment.
The apartment is immaculately clean and very cosy. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is very large and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook.
The best thing about the apartment are the views of the mountains and Ortiseii. Just stunning!
An easy 10 minute walk into town.
We would have loved to stay longer.
Thanks Erich and Dagmar for a wonderful stay.
Charming hotel in an excellent location. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious! The hotel also provided a complimentary 7 day public transport pass for us which was very thoughtful. Enjoyed using the infrared sauna facilities in the wellness centre.
We had mentioned that we were on our honeymoon when we booked and were delighted that they offered us a free upgrade when we arrived. Would stay here again if we ever return to ortisei.
A nice, very clean, family owned hotel with many nice touches in the common areas to make it comfortable and homey. Claus & his staff are friendly, courteous, and attentive. The beds are comfortable (nice comforters!), the bathrooms clean & modern. Location is great; 10 minute walk to the center of Ortisei. One of the areas cable cars is just as close.
This was my first time visiting the Dolomites, and I couldn't have picked a better hotel & city in which to stay.
The location is very nice although you probably won’t walk to the Ortisei town center. The apartment itself is brand new, very tastefully and luxuriously furnished. Very stylish. Also impeccably clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. The washer and the dryer are available in the ski room. The owners are very nice couple and we enjoyed meeting them.
Great hotel and resort. Beautiful room with outstanding views from balcony. Everything about our stay was incredible. Friendly staff, excellent service. Breakfast buffet great (you can order eggs any way you like). Optional dinner at 25 euros pp was excellent. Free bus in front of hotel into Ortisei. Pool, spa, gym all excellent. Highly recommend!
The hotel is squeaky clean and well located at a 5 minute walk from the centre of Ortisei. Lovely view of the valley and towards Sassolungo. Very quiet. Good sized balcony. Good breakfast. Hotel staff very accommodating and friendly. Access to Bolzano and other buses very close by. We would certainly stay there again.
What an amazing hotel. Place was spotless. We were half board and dinner was delicious. Our hotel room had everything needed and the views were incredible, and due to the ever changing weather looked different every hour! The staff were so lovely and worked so hard. Look no further - book now!
Family friendly hotel in the center of Ortisei.
The rooms were very spacious and clean.
Breakfast was delicious and staff was extra helpful.
Peter, the owner, would go above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
We’ll definitely stay there again on our next trip to explore the Dolomites.
Everything about Niblea was incredible. The view, the food, the staff, and the facilities all exceeded my expectations. There is a shuttle that will take you down the hill to Ortisei. There is also a bus that runs throughout the entire valley (the hotel gives you a free bus pass).
Perfect hotel in the heart of ortisei. The stuff is unbelievable kind and helpful. The room is more like 4 stars hotel. Breakfast was accelent and we also eat dinner who was great. There is free parking for hotel guests. I deeply recommend this hotel. Worth every penny !
A lovely hotel which is fastidiously maintained and run by amazing staff. Lovely views. The swimming pool and saunas provide welcome relaxation after a hard days skiing. The hotel shuttle service to and from the ski lifts gets you on the piste speedily.
