Very nice familiar place close to the mountains. The trip to the valley is really short if you have a car and can get to nice natural places. We went in winter so it was very snowy. It is also close to lake como.

Our stay was amazing! We booked one room with separate beds, but the hotel owner kindly provided us with two separate rooms instead. Everything in the room was thought through to the smallest details, so our stay was as comfortable as possible. We really liked how clean, quiet and peaceful the hotel was. The breakfast was great, everything was made from local natural produce, very delicious, beautiful with great variety. Next morning the hotel owner kindly dropped us off at the train station. Thank you very much!
From the second we arrived, we loved our stay. The hosts were extremely gracious and accommodating, the "palace" and grounds were simultaneously ancient and beautifully renovated and clean. There were so many top-notch nature walks, hikes and local farms for us to enjoy in the area. I think we might want to get married here in the future.

The welcome was warm and friendly and the host was very approachable and helpfull. We liked the parking spaces just in front of the door. And that's where the car could stay as you are in the middle of the town and can walk. The rooms were nice and clean.
Luca is very charming, helpful and knowledgeable! He told us all about what to do in the area, how to get there, where to park etc. His wine bar is second to none and we go to try some of the best Italian wines and spirits - no nasty cheap stuff. The property is very sustainable and supporting local producers which you can experience during a delicious breakfast. We will be back for sure to explore mountains bay bike. The town of Morbegno is justly so lovely with excellent places to eat and stroll around. A first class local stay!
Hotel Trieste was a great location for our family! We were within walking distance of pretty much everything. The location is great for accessibility but also has a beautiful property that doesn't make you feel like you're in a concrete jungle.
Breakfast is minimal in true Italian style, but absolutely has options, mostly pastries.
The bar is open all day which is great for espresso and afternoon drinks.
The staff was always friendly and accommodating.
Everything as expected. Nice bed and shower. Incredible view from room's window. Also wonderful chillout rooftop. Great space in the lobby and also outside. Near to supermarket (Iperal) and close to both storic centre and Morbegno train station.
Also the breakfast was good and we really appreciated the gluten-free options (which included Schar products, yogurt and Nutella).
Very kind and attentive host, we had a great time in Morbegno. The accomodation is located in not-so-busy part of the small town with some historical buildings. To get to busier city-centre to hyou have to walk some 10 minutes

The location is just near the old city of Morbegno and it is ten minutes walk from the rail station. The staff was really nice. The manager took care of everything for us. Everything was perfect. Highy recommended
