Everything was perfect! The house was wonderful and really clean. It had everything we needed and more. The host was very helpful in every way. The location was very good. It was easy to get around by car and the trip to Pisa only took a moment.

Perfect location, 1 min walk to the shopping street in the heart of Lucca and free parking, which was a bonus! On the map it looks a long way out of the centre of town but it is not at all, the location was fabulous, everything practically on your doorstep!

Very friendly hotel, everything was done with a smile! Comfortable, good shower, good location, quiet, lovely breakfast. Kettle in my room and they very kindly gave me a small jug of milk to take upstairs for my afternoon tea (there was a fridge in the room too). Easy access to the city walls for mornings walks.

Wonderful location right up in the hills. The grounds of the Hotel are also so peaceful and lovely. You can look across the hills in total peace and quiet. The manager is passionate about the history and told us about the blessed Nun who loved her time there and that Puccini had visited, he was born in Lucca. Breakfast was good we had tomatoes, mozzarella and olive oil - fresh bread - boiled egg - chocolate muesli - toast. Coffee machines with a good choice as well.

The room is spacious and with plenty of light, with a balcony too! The bathroom was very comfortable as well. The staff is extremely friendly and flexible - they also gave us a lift to the nearby village! Highly recommended!

The location was superb a 10 minute walk to the walls if you use the short cut so make sure you ask for directions it’s very easy . Lots of free parking , a nice garden and pool ,smart reception area and most of all the most amazing staff . Without exception the standard of the staff was extremely high, so friendly, so helpful nothing too much trouble and always a smile on their faces. Well done Francesco you and your team are fabulous. Breakfast was really good. Nice clean rooms and beach towels provided. Highly recommend

Amazing Boutique Hotel in the heart of Lucca. Very quiet breakfast was exceptional. You can drive your car to the hotel and my car was wide and there was no need to worry about getting there because of the narrow roads. Staff were very helpful, hotel room was spotless and they even have garage to store your car securely. Overall very happy worth every penny to stay in the heart of Lucca you will not be disappointed.
