Very helpful and friendly host. Excellent directions and instructions that made moving in super easy. Cute flat with beautiful unusual lighting and a real home from home feel. Comfortable and clean and all needs catered for - even a breakfast discount with the pasticceria over the road.

Fully deserved 10! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - in a separate, historic building. Right in the centre of Lugo, but still peaceful and quiet.
The breakfast was delicious, served in an elegant restaurant. Nothing to add, really :)

.Hotel was in great location for our trip, 20 minutes from imola race circuit. The hotel is very nice, the staff were all lovely and restaurant is THE place to go. All the locals use it so you know it is good!
