Wonderful old house, well restored with an amazing woodland garden that we were invited to wander in. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, and the spread of food for breakfast was amazing. There was also a good range of hot drinks and some very nice local biscuits available for guests in the evening. We appreciated the provision of dressing gowns as the shower room, though for our use only, was on the floor below. Private car parking is available immediately outside the house, the latter well-located for walking down into the town centre for an evening meal. We enjoyed visiting a local Pizzeria, booked for us by our hosts. We found it an excellent location for an overnight stay on our journey south to Tuscany.

The house is spacious and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen including a washing machine. The distance to the first beach in Recco takes about 15...20 minutes. You can get there by car or buses. Thus you have mountain and sea very close to each other. The hosts were very welcoming and kind. The bad is large and the TV has a movie platform instaled. The WI FI internet was fine and useful. We apreciate also the cherry tomatoes and goodies like toast and others for the breakfast.
I would come back with great pleasure another time.
