Everything about this hotel is excellent. I had a room with a terrace and it’s lovely and quiet at night. Breakfast is good and the owners are very helpful. It’s at the top of the main street, so lots of exercise.

Very good location with balcony, perfect for solo travelers, the place is just up to the hill, so when you get to Manarola just turn right and go up the hill with your luggage instead of taking the annoying stairs as Maps in Iphone or Google Maps will guide you through the stairs. Just follow this instruction for having a better and more calm arrival. Once you pass over the church up the hill you will find the property to the right,
Featuring free WiFi and a sun terrace, Arpaiu - Odeyo Sas offers both rooms and apartments in Manarola. Every room includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Beautiful room, clean & modern, in a great location. Don’t know what all the comments complaining about the steps to get there were for - it’s the cinque Terre, of course you have to climb some stairs!! Keep this in mind though & don’t pack too heavy ;)

Fantastic location, just at entrance to station and right in the middle of Manarola. Sebastiano and Tatiana are wonderful hosts. Very welcoming. The apartment is very beautifully and cleverly appointed. Lovely artwork and great use of space. Noise from trains was barely noticeable but Sebastiano had a jar of earplugs available just in case. We never needed to use them. Also terry towelling slippers in the bathroom lest we find the floors cold!!!

The town is wonderful, it’s a workout to navigate but well worth it. For hikers there are routes available to the next towns. Lots of great restaurants although sometimes tough to get into, we were lucky enough to get into a tapas resto a few times that served great seafood. The walking tunnel from the train station into town has got to be one of a kind, amazing what they’ve done there. The vineyards, the pristine azure sea, it’s all beyond beautiful

Lovely place , somehow central to visit all the 5 villages .
Lovely place , somehow central to visit all the 5 villages . I think it is cute , price to sleep was affordable . We wish we would have stay the entire week there to avoid changing village with luggage ( thanks we travelled light ) and train which is an adventure itself . The town is nice with few places to drink or eat . Not really a town for party but you can enjoy a lovely drink at the bar and a good laugh .

Very beautiful place to visit for a couple of days.
Very beautiful place to visit for a couple of days. Be prepared for a lot of visitors, it is very busy. Not a lot of food options as it is a reasonably small town. Very hilly so be prepared to walk up steep inclines.

Travel light...big,heavy luggage will be a burden on you.
Travel light...big,heavy luggage will be a burden on you. There's a good climb to reach the apartment but when you get there it'll be like you are on top of the world. The view is stunning! The terrace on top of the building is very nice, take a bottle of wine and watch the sunset. It doesn't get much better than this.

A place to be to feel the CT atmosphere.
A place to be to feel the CT atmosphere. Easy to travel inside the village and to other places of 5 Terre. I've really appreciated the less touristic side of Manarola after the sunrise (beautiful views to live the sunrise)

It's the best of the five villages in Cinque Terre,...
It's the best of the five villages in Cinque Terre, considering the views one can get from the accommodations available close to the sea front. It is neither too big nor too small, not much to climb up and down to the sea. It has an excellent mix of terraced vegetation on one side and stacked little houses on the other side.
Room was cozy but had everything you need, including electric kettle and some food and drink (perfect for breakfast), toiletries and towels. Room is quiet in the evenings as the building is up on the far end inside Manarola so you can get a good rest. Absolutely perfect for solo travellers.
And Giovanni who runs the place was very warm and helpful, giving me many tips on Manarola/Cinque Terre - like restaurant recommendations and trails to hike. Thank you! :)
The location is very good, very near to Manarola's main attraction. The view is fantastic. We had a great time in Manarola.
We came by car and the host helped us to book parking spot near the village gate. To be honest the walk is a bit far from the parking space but it is not the host's fault at all. We will stay again in this place if we are back in Cinque Terre. We are family of 4 and the flat is spacious enough.
The room was so clean and included all the amenities you needed. Francesco was very helpful for our first time to Manarola giving us hiking suggestions and travel options to get to the other towns. He also offered the laundry free of charge so we could do our own washing. Highly recommend this place to stay if you are planning on visiting the Cinque Terre.
The host greeted us at the entryway of the train station tunnel upon arrival and was very nice and informative. The apartment was nice and everything was clean and comfortable and very close to the center but also not in the middle of the noise. We would return. We enjoyed our stay here and the Cinque Terre.
The hosts were great, super friendly and made us feel right at home. The apartment is in the perfect location in manarola and has an amazing view of the town! We could not recommend this place enough and will definitely come back and stay! We loved cinque Terre and our experience here made our visit perfect!
One of the best places we have stayed in all of Italy. We had a 2-bedroom apartment that was simply gorgeous. The views were incredible. Everything about the place was perfect. Had to climb a number of steps to get there but it was well worth it. My family of 4 can't wait to go back and stay longer.
Our seventh stop in Italy and THE BEST! The views are incredible, especially from our room. The apartment is awesome. We loved the decor. AC is the best we have had in Italy. We needed parking last minute and they made arrangements for us that were convenient. So glad we found this gem.
Perfect location, right next to the train station, friendly host gave us a lot of great suggestions about eating places, hikes and etc. Nice , big bright room with comfortable bed. Manarola is the best place to stay in Cinque Terre and explore this beautiful region.
Very nice, modern and spacious room, at a perfect location: in probably the cutest village of Cinque Terre, at a quiet street just off the main village road. And within close distance from the station. Comfy beds and bathroom, with a wellness-like rain shower.
This is such a cute little place! I was out hiking in Cinque Terre and stayed here one night. It is a simple accomodation but very charming. Comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the village with some restaurants just around the corner.
The terrace has a view that cannot be beaten in all the cinque terre. Could you find a more luxurious accommodation? Yes. Will it be nicer? No. Highly recommended both for the place and for Roberto, who's personal touch made our stay exceptional.
Amazing and communicative host, lots of information about the location and things to do. We loved everything!!!! The view from the patio cannot be beat. Manarola was our favourite of the Cinque Terre and we are so glad we stayed here.
The hospitality was amazing, location was sensational and the breakfast is a must. Has to be the best cappuccino we have had in all of Italy with fresh cooked eggs or pancakes, there is fresh fruit salad, could go on and on.
The location of the property was perfect. Just steps away from a gorgeous overlook where you can watch the sunset and enjoy views of Cinque Terre. Near a shortcut to the marina which was very convenient.
Everything... Close to train Station, 5 minutes walk, very clean, modern, well furnished, well finished. Nice staff. Best accomodation we had in 6 different regions in our 7 days vacation in Italy.
Perfect location in the heart of Manarola. The host are extremely kind and helpful, the apartment is well equipped, would recommend to everyone who is looking for a nice place in Cinque Terre.
Been to Cinque Terre many times and this is the best room we stayed in for the price. Away from the crowds and noise. Great balcony with view and privacy overlooking the town and water.
Great walk-in rain-head shower! Washing machine available in the kitchen, with drying rack available. The apartment was awesome and I will stay if I go to Cinque Terre again.
Many Italy people are bad to Chinese, i don't know if it's the waiter are not polite or the whole Italy country are not know how to be nice to others like a man.
