- Excellent Grifone skibus service. The drivers are super friendly and kind! It was a pleasure to interact with them.

- This is the first place where my lactose intolerance was taken seriously and at breakfasts I got lactose free options which was amazing! I wish there was salmon to accompany fried eggs.

Easy acces even on foot to the "5 laghi" funicular, of course all shops, restaurants, bars within reach even with very stormy winds ;). Very good breakfast and I can recommend even the dinner at the hotel for 40EUR/pax (4 courses, menu changes every day, choice from 3 different options) very good kitchen. Small swimming pool with jacuzi (included), sauna with additional fee. Good drink bar with competent barman and wide selection of spirits!

We booked the apartment option (building next to hotel) for the added separated space with a kiddo. It was a touch dated but that was expected, as all the pics were accurate. This trade off was totally worth it for us. Room and entire hotel was super clean. Breakfast was simple but good. Pool and other amenities were great. Staff was wonderful. On demand shuttle service was always very sufficient- the hotel is a bit of distance from the city center. Savoia is an old hotel with an excellent if not the best location in Madonna with proximity to central shops, restaurants and two main ski lifts. The view from the windows and balconies is fantastic and one of the best in the area. It has its style and great comfort. Personnel, especially at the restaurants and at the spa, is very friendly and efficient. Room service is very good and quick. They change towels two times per day and fulfill specific requests swiftly. Morena at the spa is a great master and she could start earlier than usual hours on request. Men at the reception were helpful. Food is decent and wine menu is great even by the glass. Good value for money.

It was just big enough to spend a couple days exploring the surrounding area on foot but we also realised it would be great in the summer to explore further. Although it is a hilly village/small town, most things we needed were no more than a 5-10 minute walk from our location. we liked staying at Hotel Zeni as it wasn't right in the middle of the restaurant area, but just on the edge of it, so it was nice and quiet.

The accommodation is absolutely perfect.
The accommodation is absolutely perfect. They have done amazing job when reconstructing an old mountain hut. It's very comfortable, clean and stylish. To reach Madonna di Campiglio by car you need 15 min, to reach Pinzolo about 5 min. The nearest ski lift is also about 5 min by car, easy to park. We will definitely come back, as this is a perfect solution for a large family or group of friend. No neighbors, very quiet place in the middle of nature. The landlords family is very pleasant and welcoming. Definitely a place to stay if you don't mind being away from downtown of Madonna.

We stayed at the Diana for 3 nights in June, 2023. We had a magical experience from beginning to end, and were sad that we had to leave. The owners are genuinely warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful with advice on hiking in the area. We were given a very high level of service. The dinners at the restaurant were excellent and they have a good selection of wines to choose from.

Its a great resort with a broad range of intermediate well cared for trails. Excellent snow making and elevation, so they seem to always have snow even when neighboring resorts donot. Lifts are all quite new, high speed quads and sixers with many gondolas spread throughout the resort. Skiing in all directions from town. Excellent hotel walking vicinity to lifts, ski rental and bars/restaurants in town. Nice town with plenty of shops and restaurants if you donot choose the “semi-pension” meal option at your hotel. Our hotel had a great breakfast included.
Quality of food everywhere was excellent and a great value. Our hotel didnot even charge us extra for parking car in their garage

We did not stay in the town of Madonna di Campiglio itself. What we saw of it on a previous visit it is a typical ski resort town. Not much of a centre, just a lot of hotels and restaurants.
A pleasant little lake one can walk around.
Nice facilities for families with small children with grassy areas and playgrounds. The attraction however is the scenery and the beautiful walks in the surrounding Dolomites (summer).

The breakfast was superb with plenty of choices, we really liked it. The hotel room was a bit small but convenient. We loved the hotel shampoo so much we even bought some to take home with us. If you want to have a great trip to Madonna di Campiglio, I really recommend this hotel.
Literally everything, the apartment was clean and super cozy, Apartment is a snug retreat with breathtaking mountain views. the living area's comfy setup was perfect for unwinding. The kitchen had everything we needed for easy meals, and the bedroom ensured peaceful nights. Being close to town and ski lifts made it super convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, offering a cozy Alpine experience in Madonna di Campiglio.

Great value for money - we loved the super comfortable mattress and a coffee maker, the room was more spacious than a regular hotel room for half the price and a location 5 min from 5laghi, the flat was clean, contact with the host was quick and check in and check out was convenient, the parking place was 4 minutes from the apartment - but it’s still great to have a private spot
The hotel is a recently renovated modern chalet style building. Rooms have wide windows and high celiengs, yet super cosy. A faboulous shower and fine toiletries in the bathroom. Great breakfast. Location spot on: walking distance from ski lifts for both sides of the ski areas, in the town centre, with a well stocked supermarket nearby too. Ski room and parking included.
Beautiful hotel. Small (20 rooms) really well laid out. Great spa/pool area. Best bed & pillows I’ve ever had on a ski resort ( normally take my own pillow but couldn’t fit in my bag) luckily I didn’t need it. The driver to the lifts was brilliant & we never waited more than a few minutes. Big shout out to Daniel who drove us most of the time.
They have done a great job reconstructing an old mountain hut. Very comfortable, clean and stylish. The hosts are very welcoming. You need to drive about 15 to reach Madonna di Campiglio and about 5 min to be in Pinzolo. The Tulot lifts are also 5 min by cars, easy to park. We will definitely come back. Great experience.
Hotel Alpina is the classic family run hotel in the most perfect location. The owners and the staff were all exceptional. Wonderful service, great rooms, fabulous food, great amenities, completely comfortable, relaxing and welcoming. You felt like you had come home. Looking forward to returning.
I loved everything about this hotel. Just everything. Everyone felt like family towards the end. Breakfast was exceptional. Service excellent. Location was perfect. It just felt like the entire hotel staff was dedicated to making your stay the best possible.

All persons owning and working in this hotel are exceptional friendly. They try to fulfill your wishes before you tell them. The transport with the hotel bus to the ski resort is very flexibel and perfectly organized.
