really, everything! the little town is amazing, quiet, green, clean and very well maintained.
the room is new, warm, well insulated, very clean. same for the bathroom.

they greet you upon arrival like you're part of the family, they are very simple and at the same time well educated and polite.
we were invited to use the kitchen if and when we needed it, breakfast was awesome and extremely flexible according to your taste.

Great location not far from the Ravascletto ski area. The propery had a free parking and a restaurant. The rooms were clean and exactly like in the pictures. We got a room with the balcony but as there was contruction happening we could not access it. The reception lady was lovely and swift with the check-in/out. Upon checking in we made a dinner reservation for the restaurant and it did not dissapoint. The prices were more than fair and the food was absolutely fantastic. But the highlight of this stay was one of the waiters. An older gentleman that was serving us and others made us laught so many times. He was very upbeat, smiley, humorous, not at all uptight to delivere the best service but on the contrary. He delivered the best service we have ever experiences by constantly cracking jokes while still doing the job perfectly. There were a lot of tables that night but he still offered the same service to every guest and you could see that he realy enjoys the working there.

Loved this little gem of a guest house! It located in a very small, picturesque village outside of Tolmezzo and we booked here as a stop over on a long drive. The room was very spacious with lots of windows and a terrace off to the side. Although it was facing the street, we had no problems sleeping. The bar and restaurant are what make this place so special though. What a great last meal we had at the end of our vacation. Everything was of the best quality and served with love. The breakfast was also very nice. I great find!!
