Breakfast was provided and was a lovely assortment of pastries, bread, eggs, cheese, meat, cereal, preserves, fresh juice and of course caffeine. The rooms was exceptionally clean, with a lovely view and good updated amenities. The pools were clean, well maintained, not over crowded, there were so many that there was multiple options and the staff were all excellent, especially the bar staff on the main pool floor who provided us with coffee's, drinks, snacks and great new options to try. the location was much closer to the town than we originally thought so we didn't even have to use the shuttle service.

Hotel Angelino was the best place I’ve ever stayed the location could not have been better literally over the crystal clear water with very friendly family run staff!! This was my second visit to Ischia.
This was my second visit to Ischia. I have stayed at Hotel Europa both times as they are so welcoming and helpful at all times. Also they have a great breakfast and evening meal.
Ischia has so much character and is a lovely relaxed place. It has the most wonderful restaurants I would recommend taking a boat tour around the island if possible. A tour of the Castello Aragonese is also a must. The little town of Sant’Angelo is really worth a visit. It is so beautiful.

I liked the island of Ischia. Cab drivers are aggressive in their pricing -need to negotiate the fee ahead of time. You can take the public bus easily if you are not taking your luggage. If taking luggage, other than a backpack or very small suitcase, you need to take a cab.

Overal beautiful island, great views, great beaches, comparable scenery to Amalfi coast, without the crowd. Good restaurants in the main city. All sights are easily accessible from the city of Ischia with buses. A true hidden gem. + full days is perfectly enough to discover everything.

The island is an hour trip via boat from Naples and well worth the time to get there. We traveled to Ischia to get away and it really gave us a chance to relax. We specifically traveled there to visit the Giardini la Mortella, known as one of the most beautiful private gardens in Italy. It was magnificent. On another day we visited the Castello Aragonese which has a rich history over the past 2500 years. Ischia has charm and friendly people and we plan on returning to this little paradise.
We loved having a balcony. The rooftop area was really nice and most times we had it all to ourselves. Breakfast was more than sufficient. There were numerous options and we never left hungry. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They assisted us with restaurant reservations, directions and best options for public transportation. The bus stop was so very close to the hotel which was a tremendous bonus. Taxis where always available outside the hotel as well. The neighborhood was very beautiful and we felt safe walking about at all hours.

Breakfast is delicious (bit too sweet).
The best part of the hotel is besides its seaview (sunset view is amazing), the SPA area. You got a sauna, a steam bath, 2 pools, 2 hot & cold tubes & a relaxing lounge.
Outdoor you also go a hot tube, but no pool. I would recommend this hotel especially in winter, autumn and spring.
FYI: I got a free upgrade for the first night (seaview + balcony), but that doesn't affect my opinion.
Everything was amazing! The room was clean and as pictured. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable communicating knowing only a little Italian - most of the staff speaks at least some English. Our room had the most beautiful view of the sea. Be sure to visit the terrace above the rooftop pool for an incredible view of the island. The hotel is in a perfect location. The rooftop pool was never crowded. The thermal spa was great. We can’t wait to come back!
The location was perfect. In the middle of all the hustle and bustle of this beautiful island. The hotel staff are the best you can find. They are kind and attentive and have so much patience with all their guests! You can reach shops and restaurants by foot. The port is also very close so you can walk to the hotel after you reach the island by ferry/hydrofoil. Also, the beach was very close to the hotel. The hotel pool is quite big and it's kept very clean.
Everything, from the spacious room, to the delicious breakfast in a beautiful surroundings, the breathtaking views from the pool and the perfect cappuccino :). It is such a quiet place to relax and has one of the best restaurants just 100m away (Restaurant Montecorvo). The entire place is very nicely decorated and you feel like on a small agriturismo, but with a boutique hotel touch.
For us one of the best stays on our Amalfi and Ischia Trip.
It's the second time I stayed at this hotel. I love this place! Stylish quiet and clean rooms with balconies. Located at Ischia's best beach. The hotel has its own private beach (free for guests), which is great, and a swimming pool with warm water. There is also spa area with an indoor thermal water pool - a great place to chill. The staff is amazing - super friendly and helpful. Thr food and drinks are beyond words, so good.
Hotel Villa Durruelli Resort is a fantastic hotel for a relaxing stay on Ischia.
The hotel has great facilities, is clean and well located. You can book the Spa in private slots, meaning you will be able to enjoy it with out having to wait or share the facilities.
From the waiting staff to the reception, service is very good and friendly.We were helped by Lorenzo who went above and beyond to facilitate our stay.
The hotel is in Ischia Ponte which is a more upscale neighborhood than ischia Porto. It is within walking distance to the restaurants in the port and Castelo Aragones on the other side. Customer service was outstanding and breakfast was good and plentiful . Very nice rooftop bar overlooking the castle . Would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money
Exceedingly clean and perfectly manicured property, with fabulous, 'old Hollywood' vintage vibes reminiscent of a summer scene from a 1960s Hitchcock film. Best spot on the island in my opinion, with unmatched views from Belvedere Point just up the hill from the hotel, and just next to the spectacular Mortella botanical gardens.
The location is simply amazing! The hotel is right on the beach with two amazing swimming pool.
The restaurant has an amazing view on the sea and the staff is super friendly. Food is delicious.
The Spa is equally nice. We had two massage and really enjoyed it.

Hotel is very good to go to relax. It has the beach in front, its own space on the beach for the people of the hotel. We really enjoy , the hotel was always very clean. The staff that works at the hotel is incredible always willing to help us.

I just wanna come back here again every year, we traveled all the amafi and our favorite dinner was here. Salvatore and the rest of the staff was INCREDIBLE!!! Always on top and with a smile. What an awesome hotel, next door to the ferry!!

The hotel is very close to a beach (the hotel provides a free sun umbrella) and 15 minutes to Citara and Poseidon Therme. The room was clean. Mario's Aperol Spritz was one of the best in Ischia.
