Beautiful place like a big villa, very nice entrance, plenty of lounge area. Great location, quiet but 5min walk to the piazza. Happy people work here, our waiter was singing while collecting dishes, the mood is great. Breakfast is also very good.

I love Forte dei Marmi and I am happy to see how it changes...
I love Forte dei Marmi and I am happy to see how it changes through times. Very much new shops like Dior, Cucinelli, Bulgari, Loro Piano has open new spacious boutiques in the city centre. How much changed caffe where I take my breakfast (close to Prada), Fendi Boutique is very nice and have very friendly stuff.
Please do not forget to book your dinner, otherwise you will not find any place. All was fully booked end of august!!!
I loved to enjoy Augustus Hotel Beach, it is just perfect. Top service, very nice restaurant, super guys in the bar, super cocktails, very nice location and a lot of interesting events!!
I love family hotels but big ones are also very good. Hotel Miramonti, Hotel Hermitage and Augustus are my favorite.
I can`t wait to meet my friends during gala dinner at Augustus and Ted`ex event end of august and can`t wait to come back for the whole month next summer.

Very chic seaside resort. We were there is June and even then it was crowded, limited parking available. It would be worse in summer. Also, if you don't pay a beach club, you have no access to the beach! Club rates are 30-300 euro/day according to one resident. But, if you like very high end shopping this is it. Every major high end store is here. Lovely outdoor restaurants. We actually liked Marina di Pietrasanta, the little town next door, more than Marmi. It is charming, small, on the water, has good restaurants and is not crowded. If you don't need "chic" this is a good alternative.

Its not a resort with a lot of culture ( museum, churches etc). However, it is within easy reach of culture cities, Pisa, Florence etc.
Its purely a beach holiday with good facilites for cycling and excellent restaurants.

I thought I had booked a junior suite with a balcony. In this hotel they don't exist. We had a very good room in an old and perfectly maintained villa.
Expect it to be expensive and senjoy the comfort and helpful staff.
It is like Gleneagles by the sea!

The place was not seat up as requested.
The place was not seat up as requested. One of the beds was ready and the other one was not. The toilet was missing the seat and we were told it wouldn’t be available for a week. Who does that?!? The bathroom, drawers and other things were extremely dirty.
I stayed for 15 minutes before I walked out and never looked back.
Awful!!! It’s a trap!!!

we booked this hotel and was then told to go to another hotel - they placed us in a hotel which had a July offer of 100 euros a night on the internet and YET we had to pay the same amount as this booking - the room was very small with a so called balcony looking over the staircase - everyone could see into our room - it is not what we booked unfortunately. The price should have been reduced or we should have been given a voucher -
This is a small, cozy hotel and we felt immediately at home and "at the right place". Staff is very friendly at all times and goes out of their way to help you, answer questions, make arrangements.
Beautiful garden in which you can relax or have drinks in the evening before you head out to the Forte dei Marmi restaurants. Bikes are provided free of charge for all guest so you can reach any point of the town in no time.
The location was great, very close to the beach. Staff was very helpful, very nice people to talk to and found solutions for every request. The lunch and dinner at the hotel are great. Breakfast was much more than we expected: they offer you everything with good food quality. The place is quiet, even if it is close to the main street.
For sure, a place where you want to return, great value for the money.
We were extremely happy with the property. It was located very close to the many boutiques and restaurants. It has a private beach just a few minutes away from the main hotel compound. The variety and quality of the breakfast was fabulous. And our dinners at the restaurant were even better! The staff was helpful, friendly and available at all times! Would love to go back soon!
The staff is lovely and very helpful during the entire stay. They even offered to drive me to the train station when it was impossible to find a taxi. The place is very clean and the garden very lush and welcoming. The single room is spacious and nice. My stay here exceeded my expectations and made my stay in Forte dei marmi more enjoyable and memorable.
We had a connected room with two double beds. Perfect for a family, very very high ceilings, so spacious feeling. Decoration was basic, neccessities only. Airco in one of the two rooms. So we left the connecting door open. Beds hard and basic. Location was the best, forte dei Marmi center at walking distance with little kids.
This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and it will be our "go to" for Forte dei Marmi going forward. This hotel has a great pool and hot tub, amazing staff, and very nice & comfortable rooms. There are bikes you can rent and the prices for drinks and food are very reasonable for Forte. You can't go wrong by booking here.
Decent apartment, and very helpful people looked after us. I had some issues with the previous stay and hotel receptionist tried to help us out. Local amenities are around, beach located within a short walking distance away from the hotel. Overall I like to stay there again. Thank you
I loved Due Passi, it was the authentic kind of accommodations that I love to find in Italy. Very family style, welcoming, personal clean, etc. Daniella and her husband were wonderful and so accommodating. I absolutely love staying there and will do so again I highly recommend.!
The hotel is ideally located. The property is lovely and the building is well appointed and maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the graciously served breakfast each morning. The hotel provides nice bicycles which allow quick access to the beach and good restaurants.
